Labcorp is aweful, you have insurance and they bill them, then they bill you too, with no whatsoever explanation. then you have to jump hoops to even talk to human being. no price list anywhere in advance. they bill whatever they want. what is it?? fraud and scam .

They were so quick and attentive. I had a 7:30am appointment for blood work and was done before 7:55. There were a couple other people ahead of me, and the ladies were treating each person with such care. They answered all my questions, and the person who took my blood was so good, it didn't hurt at all.

I have called and called for a week and no one answers the phone at the morning, afternoon or later in the day. You cannot speak to anyone at the LabCorp Office to ask questions with representative at the office. I left messages for the past week. No one has called me back. Honestly, I don’t know if I want company like this taking my blood. After reading people’s reviews. This place is poorly rated business with bad service. The rating and reviews makes me question things about this business. Is the hygiene protocol up to date. Someone mentioned the facility is filthy and dirty. I started thinking, Do they reuse needles or Are the needles contaminated? A filthy and dirty place with bad service and bad reviews makes me think twice. What people posted in my experience so far I’m very disappointed in this business because one people got to get their blood work done and they’re limited options when your health insurance only will allow for in network in Las Vegas with this one particular company. I am very displeased by the fact that nobody answers the phone at the Local office that you’re trying to go to to get your blood work done. They should have a receptionist to help people. I’m going to go check out this place and then I will write another review. I was writing this review, and i submitted the review. Surprise, I got call back and spoke to a nice lady who answered my questions. Also like the voicemail stay like we may be closed and I didn’t know if they were closed like undergoing construction closed for business out of business or if it’s just a regular clothes for daily lunch break. I got the question answered. They are open says things are open, but sometimes they’re actually not that business may be closed down permanently. I’m happy that I finally got my questions answered. I’m sorry that I had to write a post that wasn’t a good review, but I think people should be aware of these things.

Went to labcorp today, got there a couple minutes early stood out but by 1:03 i tapped on the door and as greeted very poorly… sad if you work with the public have common courtesy at least, not to mention the BLACK N HISPANIC WOMAN acted as if I wasn’t there… ?yet i was the ONLY ONE THERE, (and to put icing on the cake she looked around and said if a lady by Debra was there, funny NOT) I could’ve had some choice words for BOTH THOSE GOSSIPERS…but GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD …
A YOUNG BEAUTIFUL LADY BY THE name OF VIVIONNA WAS SO COURTEOUS AND KIND HELPED ME WITH CHECK IN, just did a EXCEPTIONAL job , the other two (thingys) could and should really FOLLOW AND BE RETRAINED BY THIS SWEET SOUL….she made my visit very pleasant, thanks again. MS.V??

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I am so disgusted by this place. My uncle went to get blood work done last week as he has to do several times of year due to some major health issues that he has. He has special needs but is very high functioning so he usually comes to these appointments himself. He is over 50 and has a very difficult time with technology and has a hard time reading and writing. They refused to assist him with checking in and yelled at him when he needed help. The person who finally ended up taking him back to draw his blood was visibly frustrated with him and dug into his arm aggressively with the needle. I don’t know what kind of day the person drawing his blood was having but this is unacceptable. He came home and showed me his arm. A week later and it’s still just as bad. He gets his blood drawn a lot and he does not usually bruise like this. One image is from the day of and the second picture is from over a week past drawing it. Clearly, this person was trying to hurt him. Don’t let your loved ones come to this place, especially when they have special needs. They have no compassion or patience.

Mainly a 5 star for fast service ( I didn't have an appointment and because the lady drawing the blood was good. It didn't hurt at all. I thought it was weird that the ladies drawing the blood are the same ones who check customers in. They should have someone else helping them.

I now understand the terrible reviews the lady at the front does not want to work it’s disappointing that she receives a paycheck to do pretty much nothing.

Unfortunately this is not for the actual location but the billing department which is even more important.... I used to favor Labcorp for all of my blood draw needs, however, after numerous calls to their billing office, they are close to breaking the law if not, intentionally avoiding consumers so they can continue to bill, which is illegal. I setup an installment plan with Labcorp. They said they would auto bill me each month. Great, no problem. However, the next month rolls around and they do not auto bill me. Instead they begin sending past new notices, multiple a week. I call billing between 4 - 5pm pacific because that is the only time i have available M - F. They take the call at 4:45 pm and sound like they will help you, then put you on hold, and you realize they actually disconnected the line. I call back hoping i was wrong, and they wouldnt be allowed to be that unprofessional. I call back, the same girl answers, and she says I am the last one for the day. She begins to take my personal information, then again puts me on hold for the remaining 10 minutes until it is 5 pm at which time the line disconnects. I try again the next day. I recognize Amanda's voice from when I first set up the installment plan. I hope she will be professional and do her job. If I hung up on a consumer, I'd be fired. She validates my personal information, places me on hold at 4:33 and I remain o hold until 5 pm. I cannot make this up. I have the calls recorded, the call log is there. It shows all of this. I left my phone on and almost 30 solid minutes of being on hold - she never returned to the line. So, they won't talk to you - they will see your installment plan, and if they do not help you, they can continue to bill you over and over again. If they charge late fews or send to collection, there isn't any way to contact them or dispute because they won't take the call. Notice there isn't even a time zone listed on the labcorp.com billing page. You can assume EST as the address is NC, however, it is not listed. The point is that they place you on hold when they see your bill and the installment plan; they avoid you. This allows them to keep sending you invoice so it appears that you are negligent - but you aren't! You are tryin to make contact and they won't let you. It's quite a brilliant scam and since several different billing reps have done this to me, its safe to assume that it's from the top down. What a great way to increase profits. It is interesting to think if one of the billing reps had this happen to them or a family member... what would they do?
