The sauna and pool been down for over a week for what they say is deep cleaning but yet you never see any worker there doing anything let alone fix something. This place has went drastically down hill.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spoke to 5 different people and not 1 person actually attempted to assist me. The one Supervisor I did speak with Alice, was extremely rude and even admitted to being rude after saying she wasn't rude. All this because my debit card was stolen and I had to order a new debit card. While waiting on the new card they were unable to pull the payment. Now that the debit card has been received and I am calling to add it to my account, they are refusing to waive the $25 late fee even though this situation was completely out of my control.

Can't beat the price for the fantastic classes and the facility overall. They have a nice variety of classes with outstanding instructors and great energy from its members. I especially appreciated the atmosphere of an accepting culture.

I'm a retired navy deep-sea diver and I've had my left hip replaced, unfortunately When I was swimming at the pool As I was climbing out, I partially dislocated my left hip because there is no handicap access to the swimming pool The swimming pool There is a physical therapy pool with handicap access with a sign that specifically says no swimming In fact, I tried swimming there on several occasions, because there was no handicap access to the swimming pool And several people complained to me, so I stopped Unfortunately I didn't seek medical attention immediately Because I thought the pain would go away I have now been dealing with this injury for the last three years, and will never recover I should've went to the emergency room immediately I contacted a lawyer and it's too late to file a lawsuit So if you're disabled, do not sign up for Las Vegas, athletic club to use their pool for swimming Because the therapy pool specifically says no swimming and I respect that

This LVAC on Decatur has had so so many issues. The general Manager is never around. Never on the floor and DOES NOT hear customer concerns. We love the steam and sauna room. Yet it is always closed. Always closed. The pool is always closed. In the women's locker area we have a steam and sauna area and it is NEVER hot. Barely warm. They never care. They would rather close it than fix it. Now the pool area - sauna and steam room are again closed until further notice. What is wrong with this fricken gym. They are quick to take our money but slow to fix items. Know this LVAC Management wake up. There are other options and you are quickly loosing your loyal customers. Your GM needs to step it up at this location. Don't BE Proud. Don't be !!!

Love this location reason for the one star... get rid of EB kicks! I come here to work out not get pestered to get my shoes cleaned and buy product. I avoid these people at the mall I don't want to have to deal with them at the gym too. Fix this

I will not be coming back to this location thanks to an employee named Daniel. He is very rude and egotistical makes me feel uncomfortable. I have seen him treat other customers horribly. It makes me feel so bad for them. I hope the business sees doesn't make the proper improvements.

When my husband and I completed the contract, Mr. Tamer, who works at the 1725 N Rainbow Blvd branch, came and advised me and my husband to enter into a double contract instead of an individual contract, because if we entered into a double contract, they would allow my son to spend more time inside the play room , and thus my son could spend 4 hours. Instead of only two hours in the games room due to the presence of a dual membership... Then I was surprised that the employee who works in the children's room tells me that my son can only stay in the games room for two hours!!! .. So my husband and I went back to Mr. Tamer to ask him about the validity of the information that he had given us,, about my son's ability to sit in the play room for 4 hours, and his response was to reconfirm my son's ability to stay inside the play room for 4 hours, but with the necessity of communication with a call Once again for reservations for the third and fourth hours.. And when the day came to activate Mr. Tamer's advice.. My husband called to make the reservation and I was already inside the gym and my son was inside the play room. That call was at 1:25 minutes in the afternoon of Sunday and that was for a reservation for half an hour. Just an extra because they close the play room at 2 pm on Sundays, and the employee who works in the play room accepted that, and my husband called me and told me that she had accepted... Then I was surprised while I was changing my clothes when I heard a voice calling on the loudspeakers in my son's name and that I had to go To take Him !! from the play room And that was exactly two hours and one minute !!! .. I went directly to the children's room and it was 1:48 pm and I was surprised that she wanted me to sign a warning!!! When I asked for the manager, Mr. Tamer and another manager came!! It was a shock.. I was surprised that Mr. Tamer denies everything he said to me and my husband!! like he did not advise dual membership, and like he did not advise to call twice during one day so that my son can sit for 4 hours.. And the strange thing is that he denied it infront of my eyes!! And 2 extra co-workers for him I could not believe the extent of Mr. Tamer's ability to do this...and my son and I left in amazement at what I saw of Mr. Tamer's lies. In the end, I would never advise placing trust in the so-called Tamer for new members in particular and current members in general. The employee added An information before I leave that My son cannot spend more than two hours throughout the entire day in all branches!!!! That is, I cannot spend two hours in another branch of the gym, and this means that Mr. Tamer is misleading individuals only in I order to sign contracts and ensure monthly money, and he does not care about the reputation and credibility of the place in which he works and receives a monthly salary for his work in misleading individuals and families. In the end, I signed the warning and left

I visited this location to get information about programs and to join. Unfortunately I was treated with distain, and it was extremely unwelcoming environment. There was an older muscle headed man who scowled at me and said he would get someone to help. I waited, he never came back nor did he send anyone. Honestly after the initial interaction I didn't believe he would come back. Horrible customer service. I see why this location has 2.5 stars. If I could give it a ZERO rating O would.

Charged me $318 to cancel my membership that I don't use. I signed up for a year contract but they ended up giving me a 2 year contract which wasn't disclosed. Told them that I am not satisfied with LVAC because it's too crowded and I don't really like it cuz I can't really get my workout in. The only answer that they can give me is sorry but you have to pay. What kind of customer service is that? Thieves! I would've given LVAC 0 star if I could.

I tried to sign up for the advertised $15 monthly membership today after trying a class with a friend. The person who was helping me sign up was very rude, an older Caucasian gentlemen who was treating me like I was ignorant. I explained to him what I wanted and he told me the $15 did not include any classes, he told me I needed the $29 monthly service. He started to get my monthly contract ready, took my ID and my card, when he came back I told him I wanted the $15 membership that was advertised online, he then got very upset and started telling me that it was currently being advertised but that it was going to changed soon and that once it changed I would not be able to use. That made no sense to me, if I am signing up for something that is currently being advertised, why would I not be able to use it. I told him that I didn't want to sign up for anything because I didn't feel comfortable with the information he was giving me, he then got very upset and took my ID and debit card to the back, and then came back and grabbed the contract from me and ripped it in two pieces. I asked what the would do with the contract, if I could have it shredded and he just walked away and said "don't worry about it". As he was walking away I asked if I could speak to a manager and he just said "I am the manager". At not point was I ever rude or disrespectful and I was the client. The class was great but if this is the people you have representing your club it is very disappointing. Even the girl who was checking people in and who saw the whole interaction gave me a face of I am sorry. The name of the gentleman was Mike, which I just found on the receipt that he game me.

Cleanliness is getting worse. Paper towel is usually empty. Bathroom is dirty with trash overflow.

PLEASE STOP WEARING PERFUME HERE All I smell is perfume covered sweat in the women's gym. I know many of yall are new to gym etiquette but wearing perfume or body spray is NOT appropriate for the gym.

Over all good. Some things can be better like cleaner steam room and sauna. Maybe upgrade it. In general love using the gym and member here for 6 years.
