The company is big on safety, though inconsistencies are frequent. Change is inevitable with new management about every six months. There is no heavy lifting, as no item weighs more than 19-20 pounds. The parking lot design is exceptional for pedestrian safety with marked walkways, speed bumps, and good lighting. For returns, customers are reminded that all returns are started online and should not be brought directly to the warehouse. Agents can be professional and handle returns promptly, though occasional errors with refunds may need follow-up to be straightened out.

    I was worried with lots of mixed reviews, waiting on my return. It was not what I ordered, something swapped out or not accurate, but the return center did not fail me, and everything worked out, a complete refund, and it was sooner than expected. My worries were for naught, Amazon returns Center Las Vegas came through.

    They tell you that your order qualifies you for free shipping but then they charge you for shipping anyways. They tell you your order qualifies for returns but then, another false statement. YOUR ITEM ARE NOT REFUNDIBLE

    This yard should be for local day cab drivers only. And why can't we call ahead to drop at Donaovan. Such a waste of time for both of us.
