This was my 3rd year that Liberty Tax Services assisted me to file my yearly income tax return. Today, I met with Brenda - one of the income tax preparers at this office. She is friendly, polite and knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Advised me on the phone what to bring with me at my appointment and made it very easy to go through this process that we all dread whether we are receiving a tax refund or not. I am a very happy & satisfied customer and glad that they are located in North Las Vegas, NV.

I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time and I received multiple text messages reminding me of my appointment. I guess they didn’t want me to waste their time but they had no problem wasting mine. I arrived early and waited 25 min after my scheduled appointment, they never opened. I would have been okay with everything if they just communicated with me but I guess that was asking too much. Unprofessional.

Brenda is a lovely lady, Brenda helped my mother and I with our taxes and was so kind and helpful, she got straight to the point and has amazing customer support. Will definitely see her next year to help me out again 10/10.

Coming to Brenda she gave good customer service. If you don’t understand how taxes work she breaks it down to your understanding until you get it. She is excellent at what she does
