The lady who was working when the gate system was being updated was the best. I got there at only minutes before the office hours closed, I was having issues with my gate code not working in the new system and she went above and beyond to help me access my storage that day. Thanks so much for that! She deserves five stars herself, life storage would get less if not for her.

Purchased a unit that was on the second floor online only to discover when I got there it was actually on the third floor.
The worst part is, it's NOT climate controlled. The first floor is cool, the elevators are cool, but the second floor is HOT and the third floor is 11awwaHOT AF. The climate control was a major factor in why I chose to get a storage unit there. It was pretty much the main reason I chose this company.
Its false advertisement all the way, and I see complaints about this issue going back for four years, each with a reply saying they will look into the problem and address it. Clearly, after 4 years, they have absolutely no intention of doing so. They know they can truck people like me into buying a unit, make that money, and not have to spend a measly dime on getting an additional swamp cooler or installing an air conditioner. That's a complete "gotcha," intentionally and they give no fs. They have your money so they don't care if your satisfied with their service or not. That alone warrants a 1 star rating. They must be paying for fake 5 star reviews, because ethical decent businesses are hard pressed to maintain such a high rating. None of their locations have less than a 4.8 rating, one if them even has a 4.9. No way. It would be much more convincing if their rating wasn't quite that high.
Anywho, I don't know of this is par for the course for these type of businesses, maybe all of them are just as blatantly dishonest, but I would not recommend anyone spending money here.

I have been a client at Life Stirage for more than a few years. We had 3 units and finally got it down to two. Trista today was a big help! She addressed my concerns and made sure I was happy with their service. The place has typically been good. And today I was very happy. Thank You Trista.
On a side note, we have 2 units up on the 3rd level. The building is cooled by swamp coolers so the farther down you are on the 3 levels, the cooler your unit is. I believe they need to look into getting the air pressure on that 3rd level expanded. The first unit really puts out air, while that 3rd level just trickles out air.
Overall we are happy with our selection with them.
