We were quoted a cheaper price with a military discount so we took the deal. However, they charged us a different price that was higher than agreed. They wouldn’t refund the difference nor give us credit. They simply said they fixed the problem and the next month “should” be billed correctly. Be careful people. Not very good customer service if you over charge and then say sorry.

FIX YOUR CARD READERS!I'm tired of every time I come to this location the card readers on the gas pumps aren't working. And the answer "ummm we have an ATM".... FIX YOUR STUFF, DOLTS!

Do. Not. Stop. Here. They are currently under construction, and the pump systems keep failing. Great timing, when it's 109 degrees. You have to head into the lobby, wait in a line of ten to twelve unhappy people, then find out their point of sale system needs a significant reboot.Seriously, unless you're on fumes, keep moving along. There are really nice places about ten miles further. You'll thank me later!

This place has everything & I always feel safe stopping here. So many snack/drink options, clean restrooms, the nicest staff, a gated dog park, & more! Highly recommend

Always stop here clean bathrooms best service around if your going to stop whether it's for travel, or for leisure best place to stop in my opinion food is what you expect for snacks and on the road food.

We use this place only for dumping and getting water. It seems like a nice place but it does seem expensive. Dumping cost $10. That includes water. The big drawback of this place is that it is several miles outside of Las Vegas. That combined with its high prices makes it a questionable value. We found a dumping station at Petro Travel Center that only charges $5 and it's a much nicer store.

Stopped while on a road trip for a restroom break and for some snacks and the big pull to stop here was the adjacent dog park so our pup could also stretch his legs and relief himself. Small fenced well maintained dog park. Poop bags supplied. Benches. Didn't care for the bark ground cover- sort of rough on pup's paws and an elderly dog that was there had a tough time walking on it. Overall good pet relief travel spot.,

Pit stop for snacks, drinks and a restroom break. Location is busy and quite a bit of options for snacks, drinks and treats. You could even pick up some souvenirs if interested. The bathrooms definitely needed some attention. Service was ok, but nothing really stand out.

Pulled in early morning after long and blinding ride from Alamo. Doesn't anybody dim their high beams anymore?! I use my Apple Watch to pay at the pump. Apple pay did not work. I had to dig my wallet out of my tank bag and use a credit card instead. So 80s!

My family and I blew a tire on our trailer, it's a 6 wheel flatbed. All I needed was help removing the blown tire. Found two Loves employees at the "tire repair" shop. They said they don't work on small tires. I understand it's a semi station, but the lack of compassion and the overwhelming "it's not my job" attitude was disgusting. I can only imagine if I was in a jam and they did offer the services I needed. So thank you Loves for having me park on the side of the busy freeway with 4 small kids and wife. Using a rock and wrench to do what could have taken 2 minutes in a safe and trusted location.

Terrible Service this character of a manager name Edwin doesn't properly train the staff on how to make a simple salad no care, the showers are not clean and the outlets don't work, I guess I'll just try giving my business to Piolet or petro thanks to Edwin, don't see how loves put this person in this position. Discussing service.

I fuel at Love's Apex 2-3 times a week. This location is always clean with all the options for food, drinks, & snacks. But if you get there early enough, Vernon is the greatest! Usually at the diesel fuel desk, he's friendly, professional, and always has a smile. He's the best part of fueling at Love's. Honestly, they should make him a corporate executive. Vice President of Standards & Hospitality? Love's, let's make this happen! Thanks Love's, and Thanks Vernon!

This location seems to be suffering from the US disease - the old tired staff is in charge and they dont listen to the often hungry young staff. Room for improvement: Subway staff are not listening to the answers to their questions The wet floor sign seems to be full of p*** water Clean the toilets Clean overall Two restroom stalls without locks Vinyl signs crinkled, dust in restaurant, light cables not attached to wall Curtains not at even height Line to gas counter could have been better arranged, use signs at least Make straws of right size available Soda machine does never have all posted flavors (remove the signs then) Front all products Gasoline and diesel much more expensive than other locations

Nice, though not a Pilot's. Con: Not enough ladies' room stalls. Con: store is popular, and thus crowded Con (I'm sure this is ***temporary***): May 10, 2022 - Access situation (offramp/onramp) presents one of the worst-planned road construction efforts ever - challenging to navigate even in broad daylight. I hope it gets resolved soon, or at least better-marked. Pros: Great gas prices Friendly cashiers Great variety of coffee, soda, packaged sandwiches, fruit, veg, cheese, salad Pizza Subway sandwiches An electronics section for earbuds, charging cords, etc.
