I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Assistant Manager Antonio and Que for making my experience exceptional! Antonio took the time to assist me with my first propane tank purchase. He patiently answered all my questions and even demonstrated how to install it safely. His attentiveness and calm demeanor truly put me at ease.
Additionally, Que added to the positive experience by greeting me with a big smile and a friendly "How's your day going?". This welcoming approach is the reason I travel from downtown to this location—I always leave as a happy customer!

I had an incredible experience at this Lowe's location, all thanks to the amazing service from the store manager, Cedric. As my son and I were walking into the store looking for stove range knobs, Cedric happened to be returning a cart. He greeted us warmly, handed us the cart, and then personally walked us to the section where the knobs were located.
Unfortunately, they only had white knobs, and my stove is black, but Cedric didn’t stop there. He went out of his way to ask a representative who worked in that area for any other options. He also helped us find the pesticides we were looking for and walked us over to that section as well.
Cedric truly went above and beyond with his concierge-level customer service, and I genuinely appreciate his help. Thanks to him, this Lowe's is now my go-to store! I can’t thank Cedric enough for making this shopping trip so pleasant. Highly recommend!

Ever since major stores started rolling back on their DEI incentives things have drastically changed! My mother went into this store today and was followed and scolled at as if she was going to steal something! It was bad enough the store was empty and the workers there (white) followed her around and refused to help. I truly stand by boycotting any of these stores that refuse to help our people!

This store is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. The manager, Steven was supposed to call me back yesterday to give me an update on my window appointment. The store sold me a faulty blind, and when I tried to return it for another they denied it. Even though it was under warranty. So I decided to go With a pull down blind. They set up an installer at my condo and told me the final price before hand. So I then had to pay for the measurements which would be credited towards the final installation. I had to physically come to the store to get it set up because nobody followed up with me afterwards. Then they informed me of a $250 condo fee. Which state neglected to tell me before the measurement. DO NOT buy blinds from the store!!!!

Don't pay attention to the wood cutting station sign. They've changed the policy to only cut full sheets of plywood. Gone are the days where they will cut a board to the length you need. So, what used to be a simple store run and two minutes of an employee's time on a saw already set up and waiting to be used, is now an extra project when you get home.

Becky was VERY helpful when I stopped by earlier this week with limited time on my lunch break! She knows this store well and I overheard her giving positive feedback to another Lowes associate prior to helping me! I love great customer service and Becky is top notch!

I always find what I need, when I need it. The young gentleman who was at self checkout was very helpful. He seemed new. I really appreciate how he asks everyone if we need assistance with our purchase. It's not that we all needed it, but it's awesome that he asked.

They don't cut lumber, and all the DEI hires look away when you need help finding something. While nearly everyone else is just flat out incompetent. The only asset any of the workers have here is the ability to crudely access the Lowes database to tell you where something is. Even then, it takes longer than Looking it up yourself. Save the trouble, go literally anywhere else.

Purchasing a filled 15lb Blue Rhino Propane tank is $73.67 out the door, and $21~ before taxes to exchange.
Second option
An empty 20lb tank with a built-in meter at ċöštco is $46.59 after taxes.
$21.19 to fill at 4.2:5 gal hunters, Ü-Haül to fill up

Major appliances only have 2 days to return or exchange in their original packaging.
Regardless of Lowe’s delivery who hauled everything away.
I bought a Samsung refrigerator which had a defective ice dispenser 1 week after setup and delivery.
Lowe’s will not honor their original worry free return. Just cited the store policy change.
Samsung won’t provide service citing Lowe’s 45 day worry free return policy.
