I went in to Mattress Firm to test out a mattress I saw online. I was instantly acknowledged by Kevin and another associate. They were both very pleasant. Kevin was able use his expertise to steer me in the right direction for my needs. With his help, I was able to select two mattresses that meet my expectations in terms of comfort while staying on a budget during the holiday season. The delivery was set up to arrive the next business day (extremely efficient)! I’m truly grateful to have visited at that moment because it was an exceptional customer service experience. I’d highly recommend this location and that you ask for Kevin.

It has been 15 years since I last bought a mattress. I’ve been shopping for 7 months. Mattress Firm is who I selected after shopping a dozen stores in Las Vegas. Harvey and Kevin teamed up to help me select my mattress. They educated me in the new technology. Harvey was informative and patient with me… and my stubbornness. Kevin was on point with the check out stage. I was in and out with seamless precision. In 10 years, I see myself coming back to Kevin and Harvey for my next mattress. Thank you for hiring these 2 gents! Fantastic!

Harvey and Kevin were great and very knowledgeable. They have a wide range of mattress, to affordable and ones that are worth the price. I purchased 2 mattresses. 1 for my son and 1 for me. The bed I got feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I am in love. Thanks again Kevin and Harvey

We went into Mattress Firm to buy a mattress for two bedrooms. Guy was our sales man. He was so nice an accommodating.We tried several mattresses and ending up buying one with an adjustable mattress and frame and one regular mattress. We got free our adjustable frame and our regular frame. Mattress firm is having a great Black Friday Sale. We also purchased mattress covers. They will be delivering and setting up as soon as the painting is done.Just a note. There was no pressure. Guy answered all our questions and was happy to help.

Guy Ragland, our salesperson was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable regarding the kind of mattress and frame we were looking for…he was patient and clearly explained the various options we had, without insisting that we chose something he recommended. Needed a new bed for my son's room as his old twin mattress was past its' prime and my son was getting older. Guy at Mattress Firm helped me figure out which new full mattress would be best for how my son slept. I was able to get a new comfy mattress, boxspring, and frame at a great price. Product was delivered and set up today by a great team. Quick, easy, and friendly! I'm very happy with the excellent service and products from Mattress Firm. I will definitely be back for other needs.

I had a great mattress buying experience at this Mattress Firm recently. My salesperson Dave was very helpful and friendly. He had a lot of knowledge which helped me select the right Tempurpedic for my needs. The delivery team was fast and friendly, and had the new bed set up within minutes. They even hauled the old bed away for me. Great service overall, and no complaints! I highly recommend this Mattress Firm. Thank you.

Visited Mattress Firm on Craig Rd today looking for a queen bed. We were greeted immediately by Guy. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with us.
