Been waiting in line 75 minutes and the line has not moved at all with no indication that it will. Never had a good experience here

The telephone help is horrible. Never get to talk to a human. I have to drive 3 times to find out my mailbox keys still do not work.
Two weeks of delays and no mail.
Plenty of people in the facility but no one answers the phone.
Motto Drive and Wait for help.

The employees here are very helpful and kind. No bad attitude. It's unfortunate to be under staff which slows down the service But it is out of their control. When cut down hits, it bites for both employees and customers. Patience and Respect 🙏
