  Did on line checkin and got there said 1 person ahead then half an hour later went to 2. Smh

  I was able to check in online before they opened at 8:00AM on the morning of my appointment. I was checked in quickly even before my time. Which was quite nice since I was in some pain. The medical team was nice and friendly. They answered all of my questions and was very thorough. I will definitely recommend this location of CareNow Urgent Care.

  My visit was due to clogging in my ear and needed cleaning. I was seen quickly, and attended to in a timely manner. Staff was professional and accommodating speaking loudly cause I couldn't hear...lol.

  I checked in online, including photos of my insurance card at that time they should have let me know they don't accept my insurance but they didn't what a waste of my time. So if you have Humana don't bother.

  My overall experience was very mid. The beginning staff were just entirely too rude. Like they had somewhere better to be. My visit got better at the end when I met the NP who did my physical. Her attitude was marvelous and she is the reason I am giving any stars. The MA practically had an attitude moving so quick I couldn’t comprehend what was going on. Mind you they weren’t even that busy. The front desk check in person was a young lady with such a malicious tone. It made me want to walk out immediately. But I really needed my physical done. Honestly I wouldn’t put up with it. And that nurse practitioner doesn’t deserve to have her name attached to such a crappy place. I will NEVER GO BACK. This is the reason so many people hate going into public spaces, because you constantly have to worry about whether or not somebody will have an attitude. You never know what someone is going through. And for this to be an urgent care, I take it the people who come here are going through a lot. DO BETTER. Seriously …

  Not my first time coming here and will keep coming as the online check in is convenient. Once here, the wait is minimal and usually not crowded thanks to their digital processes. Erica and the office staff is great. Once in the back Faythe and Joana go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and work diligently to get you in, seen by the Doc then out. Overall, a wonderful experience vs other urgent care offices.
