Made an appointment at 7:30am, 4 days in advance. Dropped car off on time, came back at 5pm and car wasn't even started yet. There was much more after that point, but I will just keep it as an "I would not recommend this place" to anyone.

Was charged $800 to fix check engine light. Brought it back 3 times and it still on. Will have to wait another month to take it to another shop.

I took my 2005 Cad Deville in for oil leak and airbag light on. They said I need rear struts. More than 2 months later, after having to return the car for poor workmanship and still leaking oil the first week, Meineke gives me the car with check engine light on and bouncing and knocking in rear — similar (but not as bad when I returned it before. I only drove it home because I had an engagement out of town… I’ll be returning it again. I paid them more than $5,000. I hope they haven’t ruined my car.. This is only a brief description of my experience… there is much more, much worse. They should have told me that they couldn’t work on Northstar the first day… I would have taken it elsewhere.

Kinda like the joke of “You need Halogen fluid for your headlights”. lol

Battery done on my truck, brakes done on wife's car. After 25 yrs of going to Pep Boys, this is my new car care facility. Staff was friendly, work was completed in a timely manner. No complaints. Shout out to Paul.

I called Meineke Car Care Center for a quote on a service and was given an initial price. However, the final cost was higher due to two undisclosed fees: a shop service fee and a tool usage fee. After they replaced a part, another issue developed, which they claimed could have been cause due to a service I declined. I proved with screenshots that this was not mentioned in the services they proposed, and they couldn't show any refusal on my part. While the initial part was replaced quickly, the lack of transparency and the additional issue have made me decide not to return.

Do not bring your car here for service.
Booked an appointment, and ironically enough when my uber driver came to pick me up after dropping my car off, he told me about his own horrible experience at THIS particular meineke. They will absolutely try to rip you off.
I had an AC issue, which I did research on and i knew that Honda provided an extended warranty for the compressor/condensor seals that prematurely began leaking. This meineke tried to charge me $2600 out of pocket to fix this issue.
Took it to a honda dealer and got it done for FREE.
Don't buy into the scam of this place, do your own research.

What disappoints me the most is they have you drop your car off . I take mine at 7am I leave my keys in the drop box. They open at 730 I don’t get off until 4pm .which means that gives them all day to work on my car . i understand they have other cars to work on as well. I call throughout the day to check on my car and they in sure you work is being done but believe it or not I get there to pick up and it’s not ready .When they stated the problem was I needed a new battery that’s why my abs light was on so 8+ hours to change a battery really ? The very next day the abs light comes back on so it obviously was not the battery . I dropped my car off at 7 am again they tell me my abs system needs to be replaced. I call at 530 to ask if it’s ready and he tells me they didn’t realize it needed to be programmed and I will need to drop it off another day so again 8+ hours and the problem is still not solved. I drop it off for the third time at 7am call and 8 to make sure they received my keys. call back at 10 to see have they started working on it . of course not call back again at 12 they are waiting on the guy to come program it what was the point of making an appt for 730 if we are already half way through the day and no work has been done the only good thing is my warranty is covering everything except these Lyft rides i have to continue to catch because they request to keep the car for a few hours but don’t start working on it until the day is almost over . I don’t know what the issue is are they short staff? Do they not know what is wrong with my car ? Or do they just not care. I will say the front desk guy Paul is very nice but that is not enough for me to keep bringing my car here.

If I could leave one star I would. Really bummed because I thought I found some reliable mechanics to take care of my vehicles as I just moved into town. I’m so upset because the mechanic didnt explain that that other things could go wrong. I wouldn’t have never spent The money in the first place. I would never pay $4500 for air condition. That’s a whole new used car. If I was given the option in the beginning, I would’ve kindly declined now I’m out of $2100 and still have no air. I don’t have another $2400 to put in to AC. Basically, he fixed a bunch of things and told me that was a fix off problem done I paid for every diagnostic to see why I have no air paid the $2100 with no problem two weeks later I have no air now they want another $2400 this is insane. Then I was told that they rarely work on hybrids and that they shouldn’t of took it in the first place from an employee. Keep in mind its 110 degrees!!!!! Thanks for everything signed a single mother Meineke!!!

Took my car in for battery check/replacement. Upon picking the car up noticed the screws holding in panel were ALL missing. Tech who worked on car was gone so no one knew where anything was and calling him didn’t help. I then noticed a bunch of deep scratches and paint missing from the panel. Horrible experience and no one from management has ever reached out it regarding the issue. Only the office staff and that was because I kept following up. Do not trust this facility with your car considering they can’t do a simple service without missing parts and damage.

The Meineke center analyzed my suspension issue correctly and successfully repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. One thing that was not offered to me that I thought should have been, was the military discount one the final bill.

Jeff was really good, professional and quick I’ve been to another location that never fixed my initial problem and just found other money opportunities. But here they fixed my problem quick and showed me what was wrong. Very knowledgeable and definitely recommend
