Whatever you do stay away from this location they keep switching owners and doing shady stuff and the current manager as of March 28, 2025 is super rude and hangs up on you when you’re talking to him and it’s over quoting prices. If you go here, I guarantee you’re gonna be overcharged and he’s gonna add stuff that doesn’t need to be added. Go to the one on Craig and Pecos if you’re gonna go to this area

I went in to pick up my t-mobile gift but was told that they are not part of Tuesday. Despite it literally saying on the sign in front of the store and on the TV screen that they are part of t-mobile and t-mobile Tuesdays.

Be very careful when you sign up for anything. The workers will 100% lie to get a sale. Syed in particular has no integrity and will lie to your face. Do not trust this store.

Its 10:10 I understand not everyone going to be on time for work. The hours say 10am maybe they have changed they opening hours please fix it on the door and online.

I've had some up and down at this store over time but they have over the years retrained and restaffed at this location. I was very impressed at the level of dedication and knowledge I received from the associate Daisy she is a fresh and welcomed addition to the store personel at this location and I expectTo see her progress through the ranksDue to her skill level and attention she provides to her customers.

Stopped in this morning to upgrade my moms phone. Was immediately greeted by the staff. Alex was very helpful. Answered all my questions, told me about current promotions too. I walked out with not only a phone but a tablet as well. This location will be my first option when looking for phone products in the future.
