I've had some up and down at this store over time but they have over the years retrained and restaffed at this location. I was very impressed at the level of dedication and knowledge I received from the associate Daisy she is a fresh and welcomed addition to the store personel at this location and I expectTo see her progress through the ranksDue to her skill level and attention she provides to her customers.

Stopped in this morning to upgrade my moms phone. Was immediately greeted by the staff. Alex was very helpful. Answered all my questions, told me about current promotions too. I walked out with not only a phone but a tablet as well. This location will be my first option when looking for phone products in the future.

I called for help to be told, "I'd get you the 800 number, but I have too many customers in the store.""I'm sorry, but am I not a customer, too?"He asked, "When did I say that?"Impatient, not helpful, and we're done with Metro, T-Mobile, and ALL affiliates.

I went to the Metro at the Ann Decatur Marketplace because my phone was frozen on the welcome screen and when I called customer service the guy told me that it was a problem with my software and if I went to a metro store they could hook it up and fix the problem. The woman at Metro told me my phone was so old that it was no longer compatible with their system and that she did not have anything to hook my phone up to that would fix it. I expressed concern that I was unable to get into my online account because of the 2 step verification since my phone wasn't working, I was unable to receive the verification code sent to my phone. I asked her if she could remove it so that I could login and she told me that it was just a matter of answering my verification questions in order to do that so I asked if we could do that. She asked me why I needed to get into my account and I responded that I wanted the ability to possibly switch devices or cancel service if I wanted and she said she could cancel my service. I said I don't want to do anything right now but I want to have the ability to do so if/when I wanted. For some reason, she refused to let me have access to my online account. I asked her several times but she just kept asking why I wanted to get into my account. I shouldn't have to have a reason to get into my account but she refused to give me access. She said I could buy a new phone from her, the cheapest one being just under $90 but I didn't have it so I asked if she could transfer my service to a different phone but since it was an LG phone she said that nobody will put service to an LG phone since LG is no longer making phones. If I had known at the time I would have asked about all the LG phones still being sold but I took her word for it. While I was arguing with her my phone started getting notifications for all the messages I had missed while my phone wasn't working which made me happy so I thanked her and left. Why wouldn't she allow me access and why wouldn't she transfer service to an LG; even if they weren't making phones anymore, I could have transferred everything to the LG just so I could access all the info I couldn't access with my broken phone?
