Absolutely the worst company I have ever been in contact with. These people don't know what they r doing I had to go to a tech place just to fix an issue that metro could not Don't go here all they do is try an upsell and not help and if u see the big masculine girl RUNNN.... She doesn't know how to help this store is a complete fraud the only person who even tried helping was a tattoo up guy and to him I apologize because he did try and help well David the manager just dodged me the whole day.. shame on u David Shame DO BeTter to resolve an issue ur employees handled wrong. I will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN

Before they merged you could get a free phone every 6 months with metro and pay a $30 upgrade fee. Now they make you pay full price for a new phone and still charge you an upgrade fee.

Came at about 1pm on the 22 of November,the girl was wearing a grey hoodie didn’t get a nameI wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this metro store. the clerk was too busy to help us with anything, apparently her FaceTime call was more important than people trying to transfer to metro. I guess they don’t want our money?? We walk in, she tells us we need a transfer pin, we get the transfer pin, we then walk up to the counter, attempt to talk to the clerk to tell her the transfer pin and she has to tell her FaceTime call that she needs to hang up the phone. Completely ignoring us until we started talking to the girl. Very professional. The girl now tells us we need an account number after we just got off the phone with the person getting us the transfer pin, if we needed that why wouldn’t you tell us everything we need In the first place, we don’t work for a cell phone company, we don’t know what’s needed for a transfer? Just before we got the transfer pin she was bragging to someone about how she sold two phones , I guess that’s all she can do.

Great service from Anna, there were issues with porting over my two phone lines. Which were due to my old cell phone carrier. Anna was able to get the issues solved and my numbers ported over to Metro.

After a day of being out and not getting anything accomplished, I am so glad I went to Metro and at least one thing worked out! I was helped by Jazmin and was so grateful for the amazing customer service I received from her that I had to write this review. I just moved here and I was trying to switch to metro, I’m not great with technology and she helped me step by step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible, and she was very kind, patient and efficient. Thank you Jazmin!

I had called at 7:00 to ask one question about some accessories for my new phone. I was willing to come over but I wanted to call first. The Lady who answered the phone asked me to hold for ten minutes and I was okay with that. She then answered at 7:10 to say five more minutes and I waited and she hasn't answered for twenty minutes. I tried to hang up and call back but the phone refused to ring. I realized that it was 7:20 which is closer to closing time. They close at 7:30. They either forgot or they were trying to ignore me on purpose. Either way is not good. I'll change my review once this problem is resolved.

I went to Metro to bless my daughter with an upgrade on her phone as a late bday/graduation gift. Jorge helped us and he was fantastic! He had product knowledge, but had no problem asking for help with what he didn't know. He didn't just try to make a sale, but gave me what I needed. So I ended up getting a tablet as well. He was friendly, personable and professional. The customer service was outstanding! I will be going back to see him when I upgrade my phone in a couple weeks (or days of I can't wait ?).
