Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money. My husband bought both a casing and screen protector, lady (the boss) broke the case putting on the screen protector and didn’t exchange it. Next day my hubby came home from work with screen protector all lifted. Came back to store and Daisy said there was nothing she could do that she can just give us another screen and we can put it on ourselves. Asked if we could just get a refund, she said no. Asked if she could at least put it on herself and put the camera protector as well, she said she didn’t have any. She ended up putting front screen protector and it lifted right then and there. She said it’s because of the phone case. Y would they sell phone cases knowing screen protector will be lifted. Just absolutely worst customer service. Plus she rude, snappy, sarcastic. My husband spent over $100 here getting phone cases for the family and they couldn’t even be considerate. Would rate zero stars if possible. Just buy in amazon and save yourself the money for better quality.

10 out of 10 Store has anything you need!!!! They fix my phone in less than two hours and it looked like a brand new phone!!! The ladies are so nice!! They always trying to find a way to help you. They always have a clean store smell so good. They have good customer service.

This store has awesome service !! I always go to this location for their spectacular customer service .I have never had an issue .
John is excellent he spent a lot of time trying to help me with a data issue with my phone without charging me .It was due to an issue with the carrier though , not the store .
Remember these stores are independently owned franchises so each one is different . Be sure to go to this location if you want 😉 above and beyond excellent service.

Went in girls are rude . I was trying to pay my cellphone bill they tried to overcharge me when I explained that wasn’t the right amount the girls gave me attitude that it was the computer not them . I wasn’t blaming them I was letting them know that wasn’t the correct amount but they both got an attitude. Need better customer service.

Unsatisfied with the service i have received. I had supposedly got my screen fixed on Wednesday the 17th of may, literally 3 days later Sunday the 20th my screen went black. I immediately go back to the location to ask if they can fix the problem and i get told that there was no tech there and i have to come back the next day. Next day comes and i go to see if the tech is there another lady tells me that there wont be a tech there until next month and that i have to either leave my phone with her for 24 hrs so she can take it to another location or i can go to the other location and they can review my phone. those options did not work for me do to the i don't have a personal vehicle so I'm paying a third party to travel all they was across town for something that was supposed to be fixed the first time at the location that i went to and i also didn't feel comfortable leaving my phone over night because this is the only device that i have to communicate with. so now I'm at a point were i don't even want my screen fix by the company anymore i just rather get my money back and even then its an issue because now they have to put my old screen back on and i have to wait 2-3 hours for them to do that. I then asked the manager Alexa if there's anyone above her that i can talk to like the owner or something and she refused to give me that information. I am very disappointed in the service that i have been receiving from both locations they really don't seem like they want to help me.

Do NOT DO business with these people at this location , 2 females work there most of the time they Ass don't really help I bought a iphone ,AirPods & extra shit. it took her a hour to set up the phone ,the airpods she sold me didn't work at all ! brought them back still didnt work she told me she couldn't exchange it twice when they sold me some shit that never worked lol. they customer service is HORRIBLE. don't waste your money time if it's not paying your bill or buying a phone case small things
