This is my third time to this particular store where they're online. Website price says one thing even says in stock and then when you get there all the sudden it's nearly double or triple the price because oh we're suddenly out typical bait and switch. I'll never shop at this place again.

Just left this O’Reilly’s on Craig & MLK and received the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never even wrote a review until now. Sebastian was horrible, rude and insulting. While i sat in my car waiting for him to come out to install my horn fuse, a random guy approached me and I immediately advised him that i was married. Sebastian came out and asked if the guy was trying to get at me. I said yes, and Sebastian then asked me what the guy said exactly. I responded “it’s ok, im good.” Sebastian then continued to ask repeatedly what the guy said. I thought Sebastian was a cool guy so i jokingly told him to stop being nosey (as I was just trying to get my car fixed and he seemed really pressed on finding out what the cat caller said to me). Sebastian then snapped and told me he “wasnt interested in me” lmao smh. He clearly misunderstood my humor and said that he was just trying to “look out” for me. When I told him I appreciated him trying to look out, he told me he was going to put my parts back together and i could leave. He then tried showing me pics of his girlfriend, which was quite unnecessary. He said this was a bad neighborhood and he was trying to look out. I said I appreciate that and i dont live in the area. He then said “Im sure my neighborhood is better than yours” lmaoooo. Loud AND wrong lmao. Sebastian, Im a woman. You cant have a pissing contest with me, big fella. Hope you find a place for all that pinned up aggression!

Being a Veteran does not mean you get the discount at this location. My DD214 is in hand and you allow someone named Angel ruin my day. Ironic. I have no issues at any other locations. The competitors just solidified my business. Won't come back.

The young Black guy that works in that store is Aggressive with customers and he Threatened my life. But hes a Coward because he wouldn't come from behind the Desk and live up to his threats if violence.

My husband shops there regularly. I get a kick out of most of the crew. They all know us on a first name basis . They are friendly and know their jobs . Huge help on mystery problems the car throws at us.

It's a chain right.? So which oneI bought my battery at doesn't matter right.??WRONGapparently because nobody can think outside the box, the computer is God...Convenient how the "can't find my purchase" among the hundreds of purchases I have in the system, so they "can't honor the warranty" and pro rate me a new battery...If I would have thought for a second O'Reilly would duck their obligations to stand behind it, I would have given Auto Zone my $400...What a disappointment
