She always looks good. Just don't make appt first thing in the morning. Over the years I don't know how many times I've to wait for someone to get here. They're never on time. Manager needs to do something about that.

Customer service is always great here they are always super helpful. They do have fish there, they offer grooming and they also have kittens for adoption.
