I absolutely loving going to get my hair done by Star! She does AMAZING every.single.time! The atmosphere is welcoming and Star will make your hair vision come to life, within reason! She cares about the health of your hair, as well as the finished look aligning with your request! She is so caring and attentive when it comes to your service! Went in for trim,color rinse and protein treatment.Charnae was Not listening to my wishes at all, instead of rinse she gave a Demi color which has totally changed my hair to ruff and dry. I was told I didn't need protein because it was in the product, which product was it in?? The cut is a joke..She Complimented on the Condition of my hair and how healthy it was.So was the end game to make sure I left in way worse shape than when I came in..Maybe if Hair stylist didn't Talk so much they could hear what the client is asking forServices: Haircut

Brandi, the esthetician does my lashes and always does an amazing job. She places lavender in her hands and gently places the them under my nose. The aromatherapy is such a nice touch.

I called to book an appointment. Complimentary, rude and disorganized. When I explained that I was disabled and would have to walk she suddenly couldn't tell me anything about booking an appointment. I heard a stylist declare in harsh tones that she didn't want me. Stand in solidarity with disabled people and avoid this place.
