THE ALARM WENT OFF SINCE LIKE 6PM THE DAY BEFORE I LIVE RIGHT BEHIND THEM,CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THE ALARM WAS STILL GOING OFF PRETTY ANNOYING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP AND WAKE UP AT 5AM!STILL LEFT WORK AT 6:30 AM STILL GOING ON SMH WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU GUYS ARE TAKING CARE OF SOMEONES PERSONAL BELONGINGS!

Janine was extremely helpful, commutative, and understanding. She’s awesome and made us feel comfortable, and most importantly welcome. Honestly one of the most helpful places I’ve ever been to.

I've rented many Public Storage units in my time . I would have to say the location that Jeneen works at is the best .Its clean, well lit , and isn't cold . My only complaint would be how early they close. That part is very inconvenient to me and others im sure. The other locations need a "Jeneen" (I think her name was)at the front. If they extended the hours some and all had her they would be the perfect storage company. I meant to put five stars . Your company is great. I recommend !!!!

Recently I visited the East Cheyenne Rd location to get some information about unit rental . A Ms Janean was the person there that helped me. They were extremely busy that day but she managed to answer all of my questions. As well as help two others . Talk about multi-tasking. She was kind, friendly and very down to earth. I recommend this location .

The access until 5 or 6 pm is one of the most disgusting rules about this place, it prevents nothing and only causes inconveniences there's no reason for this other than to humiliate the customer

The Public Storage representative Jeanine was a very welcoming and pleasant! She answered all my questions and helped me complete the rental quickly! She did a great job!The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is great and secure!

We were really getting concerned about this complex AC, lack of attendees HELP ie custamer services we were starting to look elsewhere till we your new on-site manager SHE turned our attitudes around fast with her, directly to the point on all our issues and her professionalism, she gained our trust and we upgraded to a larger unit

I had just moved here from Colorado. Got this storage unit and paid for it. When I went into the storage unit, there were no cards available for offloading my stuff into the unit even though the clerk at the desk said that there was. Also I was the only person in the facility so where are those cards are? Nobody really knows. It would have taken me two days to offload all my stuff into that facility as the load doors are only on one side of the facility. Also, there was a gentleman standing on the property selling drugs. That's awesome. Not exactly a great place. I would not recommend you going to this place.

This public storage is horrible. I had been trying to get hold of this office for about a month to try and see how to vacate the storage since I have never done it before and when I tried to go in person no one was ever there. I tried calling many times never did I get a call back. I did get a call a few days ago saying I owe them $300+ because apparently the unit has a lock. I have the lock to the unit with the key in my car. So I don't know why there is a lock I have absolutely nothing in the unit. I have been trying to vacate the property long before the other payment was due. I don't believe I have to pay anything. I have had nothing but bad customer service here.

Since I've had a unit here they have raised the rent multiple times, had a water line break that flooded units and stopped staffing the location. So if you need any assistance you have to call the corporate line and wait in hold to make an appointment (no earlier than 24 hours in the future) before you can get help. They will lock you out 7 days after the first of the month and charge a late fee. Tried to get access to vacate my unit and they said you are still required to pay the full month. Absolutely the worst experience with any storage company I have ever used.
