I did a bunch of tests a couple days ago. I received a message last night that they had taken too long to test one of the blood vials and its results are compromised. So now I have to take another trip in to their facility. Day ruining? No but irritating.

They wouldn't take me because I was 1 minute late so I had to reschedule. I don't have a vehicle so I had to take the lyft there and back very inconvenient.

I hate that I have to wait over an hour to do a drop off. And when you check in to do the drop off on the tablet, it gives you a number and the number does not get displayed on the monitor. So you don't know what place you are in line. I ended up leaving cause something that should take 2 seconds should not take over an hour.

Easy mobile check in as soon as I parked my car. Everything done quick. Recommend to make appointment online to avoid long line.

The staff is well trained and very good at their job. I didn't even know I had been stuck. However the login system needs work. It did not respond to input from the people.

EMMA HAS BEEN THERE FOR A LONG TIME. SHE DRAWNED BLOOD AT MY 4 YEAR OLD.SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB. SO GENTLE WITH HER. MY DAUGHTER DIDN'T EVEN CRY OR FELT THE POKE!

Quest either didn't complete or didn't report the findings of one of 2 orders for bloodwork. 2 separate orders were given by 2 separate doctors. Quest completed only one, necessitating a second visit to their god forsaken cramped facility. That's despite the fact that I handed them a physical paper with the request from one of the doctors , and that's the very test that was apparently not performed or not put into the system.

Tech was very professional and drew blood without any bruising and did not have to move needle around to find vain as I have floating veins and she got it right off..super tech would use her all the time..

Easy check in, no wait time and experienced blood draw (no missing a vein, poke again).

If you don’t have to go here , I’d definitely recommend any other quest in town. The staff is highly unprofessional and downright rude. They wouldn’t even let a child use the restroom in the back, also make you hold urine in a cup in the lobby. So unprofessional. The wait is long as well.
