I rarely write reviews. this location is honestly amazing. The lady that helped me at Aliante location was Theresa. She is so sweet and patient. She made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for the positive experience. Pro tip: make sure you schedule an appointment at the right location, be mindful and patient with the workers.

1/2 hour behind schedule. Employee said that they are short staffed today. Last time I was here, it was a Monday and they were an hour behind schedule due to the computer being down. Not sure if I will come here again. One man, a walk in has been waiting 2 hours!

I signed in as a walk in at 6:59am. I asked the staff at 8:20am what was my status and how much longer is the wait. I was treated very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional from your staff at Quest Diagnosis Aliante location. A staff named Terri N approached me while I speaking with a staff member that stated she was a supervisor. Terri was extremely loud, rude, and disrespectful . Terri stated in a very degrading tone that her client didn't want to hear my conversation and that I must leave and go in the waiting area. Nadine did my blood draw and was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. After Nadine finished with me she went to help another senior patient that was a walk in and had signed in at 6:20am. The Manager Tracey called and was very polite, professional and exhibited excellent customer service skills. Manager Tracey professional communicate with me is the reason I will recommend and continue to be a client.

Carlos is the best tech, he does one and done. I have had several tech that cannot locate a vein, yet Carlos gets it the first time.

The technician I had was very personable and helpful. When she noticed I was there for a drop off she took me in as it was 10 min past my appointment time. The atmosphere was nice and the other patients seemed content. Great experience

I made an appointment for 0740 for my blood draw. I did this because my transplant medication is to be taken at 0745 and I had an appointment at 0830. I was not taken back until 0820, 40 minutes past my appointment time. Extremely unsatisfactory in my opinion. We are forced to make appointments and this location fails repeatedly for me. I expect more from Quest. This is the 2 time in 3 months this has occurred.

My appointment was excellent - right on time. Theresa was the best phlebotomist that I have met in my 80 years and in my more than 50 years in Healthcare!
