I went to the store and bought me some
pants for work I’m not going to lie they were really comfortable but in the first day the pocket ripped not a big deal I just took the pocket out so with my first pay check I went to buy me one more but this time I was a big rip on the side so I went back to the store right after work and showed them to the lady and I told her that it was the first time I wore them I have my receipt and she told me that she can’t do anything about it because I used them already, over all the store sells very bad quality stuff!!!

Smh. Rude. They follow you around the store. The store is trashed also you can barely even walk through it. AND JUST LIKE THE LAST WOMAN SAID THEY DO NOT AND WILL NOT HELP. I spoke to the MANAGER and it was easy to see why the staff acted the way they do she was rude and callous. Yeah I get it this may not be a wonder neighborhood in the middle of Summerlin but that doesn’t mean treat people like the trash on the ground! You never know who may come in that store! How disgusting! And yes I have contacted corporate.

Honestly I never leave reviews, but their customer service had me shook. The deals are insane and the merch is so cute but I left there in the most disgusting feeling after encountering their attitudes and poor customer service. All the staff there seemed so unhappy and bothered by their customers. I’m not even going to go into detail of what i encountered but I won’t be going back to this location.

Lil Hispanic manager is so rude. Not sure if she’s racist ir is that’s just wat I experienced. I remember her from another location from years ago. She has not changed. Makes ur shopping experience bad.

I ask 4 the dressing room a rep says no dressing room. my daughter needs a blouse for the morning, I tell her just try it on over your shirt, a lady comes over to me and she says you can’t try on the clothes, we have a rtn policy. You can rtn the clothes but you can’t try them on in the store. I’m in a wheelchair, on oxygen so I don’t understand. I tell her It’s too difficult for me to be coming back in. She say no. My daughter is just trying on shirts. I asked what’s your name? She said WE DONT HAVE 2 give it out. (And she’s the manager) I hope this is not the Rainbow policy, I feel like ppl that don’t want to give their name is b/c they treat ppl wrong. Rainbow covid is over open up your dressing rooms. And the REP Lucy, who was very helpful to me. THANK YOU. You shd be the manager.

Walked in and looked around didn’t know there was no tying on clothes. A lady from across the room yelled to tell me there was no trying on clothes. It was the rudeness!!
