The rudest people you will ever meet. Lady is horrendous to deal with. rent anywhere besides this place. she won't let you come and get stuff anytime after the hours, etc... she's a literal nightmare from hell..... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Cathy is great! Prices fair. My only complaint is that they don't have any dollies.
