Check is “HORRIBLE”,self check is a joke & disrespectful to the customer. Customer works for FREE at self check because of the lack of paid cashiers, then upon exiting there is this examination of customer purchase to remove security tags. It’s a disrespect of Time, “Time is none Refundable.
The goods are at market value but the purchase process needs serious upgrade.
We the customer should make personal revolts at every purchase to inform the CEO’s that putting people out of work then demanding free labor from customers for profit and huge bonus is inhumane.

Poor management/ company. You terminate employees and pay them their last check in cash?! Wheres the check stub ??? Why dont/ didn't provide a check to employees that are terminated????
That's quite shady! Margarita, the manager is equally as shady as ROSS! Stop treating good decent and honest employees UNFAIRLY! If I were an employee I'd go to the Dept of Labor so they could explain why you pay employees final checks in cash!!

The worse experience I have ever had while ever visiting a Ross. The lady at self checkout was extremely rude. I totally understand you need to check receipts and bags but snatching shit out of people hands like you’re mad because you have to be at work then maybe this job isn’t designed for you!! I brought the matter to management but I seemed to receive excuses on why the employee snatched my receipt. Customer service has definitely failed at this location. This happened on 11/09/24 at approximately 12:05pm.

So Ross has a kiosk now that you have to pay for your merchandise then you have to go to a separate line to have the security tag removed and they still have to check your receipt. This world is in a terrible state.

Very uncomfortable shopping experience on 01/17/1023 at 10:15 am. 😡 FOLLOWED the entire time by a BMA loss & prevention employee. I was followed once exiting the dressing room.
BMA employee asked if I needed help (obviously, my decision was made after exiiting the dressing room) I didn't respond because it was shopping harassment! 😐
(Only tried on 2 pairs of the same pants that were different sizes) Gave one pair back to the older Hispanic lady and walked straight to check out.
After I paid 💰 for the single pair of pants that SAME BMA loss & prevention employee was right behind me as I was about to exit the first door of the store and he sarcastically said "Have a nice day."
If I didn't need the cargo pants for work, I would have returned them upon exiting the store with the employee stalking me! Luckily Burlington didn't have my size in Cargo pants...
I won't be shopping at this ROSS again.
