More often than not, you will be waiting 20-30 minutes after you check in for your pickup order to come out. I would recommend always using scan and go even if you need a pickup order because regardless of how long the lines are inside, it will almost always be faster than waiting for your pickup order to come out in a timely manner due to their short staff.

The staff does not update the sale signs. It's misleading the customers. I am not going to renew my membership. Should be no star!

I came to Club 04974 to check my left back tire b/c it was at 23 psi. The tire got replaced. The white guy associate who had a 30 yr name tag. He talked to me in a threatening way & I didn't like how he talked to me. Kristal was nice. Sam's Club makes it hard to get anything there in the tire center because of appointments. You pay for a membership. I came there yesterday and I has to reschedule my appointment because the store had to close early. I use to work for Walmart and I know how it is there. Sam's is better than Walmart, but it's still Walmart.

Considering switching from Costco due to overcrowded store. Did early entry as a guest of a Plus member. Shopping experience was much more enjoyable than Costco.

I love the sams club. I love the scan and go and the club is always clean. The pick up though. Lately every order is trouble! I've had to inside personally to get my orders before. The lady just came and told me it can take be anywhere from 25 mins to an hour to pick up my order. You do realize that I can go inside for less time and get my order. How is pick up slower than getting your own food. Sams needs to do something about this dept. Unacceptable. And no it's not just holiday season it has been like this for the past few months now.

I went in to buy a couple things and I saw a speaker that was on special so I grabbed one of the tickets to bring up to the register and when I got there the man who was helping us asked the lady across the registers to go and grab it but before she even knew what the product was she screamed back that they where sold out so I paid but then I decided to ask the help desk a question about there app and when I got there I explained to them "it says they there in stock but they lady just said they weren't so if I do the pick up for tomorrow will it be here since there supposed to be sold out and the lady at the front told me her computer says they still have 40 in stock" not 1 not 2 not 5 but 40 so I don't understand why I'm being told there sold out without even checking..but thanks to the lady at front desk I left that day with my speaker even tho it was supposed to be sold out

Would not recommend this location! The employees here are unprofessional, rude and miserable. A male employee by the name of "Xavier" was very rude and said very unprofessional comments to me! He was very aggressive. Another employee by the name of "Heika" (that barely even spoke English) was not helpful at all and had a horrible attitude. She had the worst attitude, like she didn't want to be there. She tried arguing back and forth with me and talked to me with a horrible tone. She was trying to start a problem. Not sure who is hiring the employees here but they are ghetto and unprofessional. Won't be returning to this location.

I spent $300 online to pick up my order the next day. I ordered the iridescent reindeer seeing as they're the only ones in town with it still in stock. And I drove 45 minutes across town to pick it up only to find out THEY CANCELED MY ORDER 1 MINUTES BEFORE MY PICK UP TIME. No call no text no nothing ahead of time I'm absolutely livid right now and all they could say was we can't find your order. This is straight BS I'm never coming back tk this location and I bought freaking membership strictly just for this order I will never be shopping here again!

The lady who does curbside delivery is always pleasant and she puts my frozen fruit in my insulated bag. She's the best, I'll get her name next time and update my review!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. My son was fired after he worked all day because he was in the ER and had a dr note. And the pointed him out and fired him. I guess I should of had him go to work on morphine and if he would if hot hurt would of been on them. They don't care about their employees.

They offer pick up times that they can't meet deadlines for. Maybe don't accept orders if you know you won't be able to have them ready by the listed date/time. If you plan on doing the pick up option, you might as well just walk in and grab it yourself. I'm sure it'll be quicker. Also, customer service was very rude.

I really like Sams especially SCAN AND GO. The app is great. But customer service in store is really slow like 30 mins a person it doesn't make sense as if they're like doing it on purpose. I just wanted to redeem my Sams cash into cash. Couldn't take it had to leave. Smh

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered 5 slices of pizza, 2 hotdogs, 2 pretzels and a berry sundae from the food court and the cashier refused to give us a box. She said, "you need to buy at least 5 slices of to have a box". I assume math isn't her subject, either way she didn't seem happy to be there. Definitely move her to the back somewhere or something with less customer interaction. Walked out looking like a circus act juggling lunch for the Airman at work. Most definitely won't be renewing my membership, I was just reminded why costco is better.

Walked past their long line of people with one exit person scanning everyone and had a security guard grab my cart and then took my items from my cart that I paid for and then he ripped the receipt out of my hand. Then when I asked for a manager he repeatedly threatened my by telling me to try something so he could back hand me. I told him to look at the receipt and look at my 6 items but he had a bigger agenda apparently. The so called manager on duty showed up and he quit threatening me instantly and she looked at what was left of my receipt and told me I was good to go. What about the actions of your employees??? So it's okay for your little security guard to steal my paid for merchandise and unlawfully detain me? All he was looking for was a fight and he was back at work the next day. People need to stand up to these thugs and their lack of respect. Supervisors need to actually manager and discipline their workers regardless of what color they are, don't be afraid because they are black! We are all the same and deserve discipline.
