I have been going to this nail shop for over 8 years we stopped for a moment because they tried to over charge my daughter and we started going back because my daughter is disabled and one of the women works really good with her but we noticed in the last two three times that we visit that it's just uncomfortable the first time the guy graded my ankle and it was bleeding The other lady got frustrated with my daughter and today we asked for gel and she's under 8 the price for her toes are different 146 for two pedicures in her nails painted is far out and we will never go back again never My pedicure was 43 hers is 33 gel used to be an extra $5 now they're charging $15 that's what she just told me My daughter to have her nails painted and that's it is $10 but with gel she charged 10 + 15 Make it make sense I am disgusted

It was my first time getting my nails done at a salon and the guy who greeted me was super nice and I was instantly sat down for my acrylics. The guy instantly went to work and didn't even ask me what kind of nails I wanted? I wanted a design and charms but I guess I wasnt familiar with this place.I stated I wanted TWO colors and he kept asking for the color so I said one. The set was basic as hell and i paid 85 dollars. I think the lack of communication was probably what kinda upset me and I guess I shouldve spoke up but how could I reach for my phone for a reference when I have fresh acrylic on my nails? Felt kinda trapped :/

I honestly do not prefer this nail shop but I always give them another chance because they are so close and convenient. I will not make the mistake of going again. I went in for a fill because I couldn't make it to my normal lady and I've had my nails on since march 13 with all of them still in tact. The man who did my nails did not fix the lift, cut me with the drill and did not blend my actual nail with the acrylic on the tip of my nail. I brought a child (6 years old) in with me and asked for the non gel polish and he still gave her gel and charged for gel after I said no. The very next day my whole nail pops off and I go back for them to fix it and they did but now I have a completely different shape on my thumb. So I ask how much it would be to fix it because I would have paid and they say no just wait a couple weeks and book another appointment.

Tech thought it more important to go outside and smoke a cigarette instead of doing what he's paid to do, service customers. I walked out, enjoy your smoke.

The worst nail salon I ever been to most definitely will not recommend. I went there to get my nails cut down the lady just started removing my nails I just got them done.

First time writing a review online… This was my second visit because I wanted to give them a second chance (near my home). Service requested was a deluxe pedicure, which includes callous remover, extra massage, and scrub. My child requested a regular pedicure. Both of us sat down at the exact beginning of the new hour, 10-minutes later we both were getting our legs dried off to prep for nail polish.. 30-minutes later, I was sitting in my living room couch. The lady assigned to me rubbed what I think was lotion on my legs at the very beginning, 5-minutes in slapped scrub over the lotion and just left it on my legs. There was no massage.. her version of nail cutting/cleaning was to cut the corners of my nails. I asked her twice to check and please cut my nails again.. she seemed bothered and started to speak in another language with the gentleman assigned to my child. I will say he was kind enough not to engage. 15-minutes later nails were painted (both of us) and the lady was rushing to get my sandals on. Have been getting pedicures since I was 15-years-old. This was a bit much.. and total rip off! Be warned. I will say that on both occasions there was a younger lady helping other customers and she seems solid. Very sad experience.. not relaxing at all

I would say this place definitely deserves the 5 stars. Being a small business owner myself I know how important honest reviews are. I'm new to Vegas & was looking for a nail salon. I schedule with Vanessa which gets my nails exactly how I want them. Definitely a must try.

Horrible! I got a dip nails done on Wednesday the next day they were coming loose at the cuticles. I went back on Friday and got two (2) nails redone. Saturday they are all loose at the cuticles and some have chipped. I'm not doing any work with my hands. My dip nails usually last four to six weeks. I would give them a zero!??Manicure price: $60.00

Not worth your time or money at all! I usually don't post negative reviews because it's a waste of my time. But I will make time for this one!I went in for a pedicure. I was given the price sheet and saw they had a service with "extra massage". I asked about how long the extra massage was. I was told the entire visit will be one hour. So, I went for it. 35 minutes later, he tells me he is done. I ask about the extra, he tells me there is no extra. The "manager" comes over and says he will give me extra massage. I was given 2 minutes. When I ask what happened to the hour I was promised, the other guy says he never told me one hour.As I am paying to get out of there, I ask who the owner is, I wanted to talk to the owner to tell them to train their people not to lie. The "manager" tells me that the owner lives in LA. I come home, look up who the owner is (because I know how to find that info) and the manager guy is actually the owner. I call them and ask for the owner. Now this owner dude tells me that the tech who worked on me is physically disabled. Not knowing what that has to do with his English, I tell him I don't care. He lied about your price sheet.So, to Bihn and Kelly, train your people not to lie to customers who are willing to pay for services. I was willing to spend my money and my time here. And to people reading this, go to a place that is not going to lie and just take your money.I gave this one star because Google made me rate it. If it was up to me, they would have got no stars.
