Never anyone here. I can never get gas because there’s no one inside ever. Or the door is locked. Came at 2 pm and the door was locked.

I went to this store. People waiting outside. Lots were coming. And almost everyone left. Took over 20 minutes for a shift change. I notice some.of the people that was waiting. End up going across the street. And going to 7-11. 20 minutes seems a long time for a shift change.

Stopped here for gas, a Red Bull and a cup of ice. As I'm putting ice in a coffee cup a female employee starts telling me that I'm going to be charged for a cup of coffee. Ok fine. She goes on to say I could get a 32ounce plastic cup for $1. That's ok, I'd rather not use the plastic. So I'm at the register and a nice young man is ringing me up and she goes out of her way to tell him he has to charge me for a coffee. He says "I was just going to charge her for a cup of ice" nope! She's not having it. Really!!? Feel bad for her she is very unhappy. Too bad.

I had a flat tire and I was with my niece and her boyfriend and another niece of mine. We were on our way home. The low tire pressure came on in the car. It came on before I left to pick them up. I thought I could get home first. Unfortunately that was not the case. Thankfully Shell was there. My niece's boyfriend changed it and put the spare on. I'll be taking care of the car tomorrow.

Bathrooms both locked with nobody in them so they couldn’t be used, pump wouldn’t give me a receipt.

The guy in the front if you ask question he just sit there an look at you crazy. Plus if we are required to wear mask in the store he should to not just the customer.

I've been coming here for years because it's close fuel. The same old man is always working and flat out refuses to speak to me and stares away from me while I speak to him, always has. He speaks to everyone ahead in line who is a different shade than me. Very rude and off putting. Would not recommend.
