Stopped on my way home from work. The lady behind the counter started to ring up my purchase that required I'd. She then asked and scanned my DL. She then says I just need to ask you about your shirt. Is it upside down or what? I told her no it looks inside out because it is raw seamed which is fashionable right now.. she was trying to be rude. I just got off work and what I'm wearing is part of my uniform.i will be happy to accept AI to ring me up elsewhere thank you.very much

The gas station has no bathroom for paying customers to use. Instead they send you across the street to use the one at McDonalds.

So, just went to this store to grab a quick item. Upon entering, the cashier states "you can come in but I can't ring you up". Stunned, I stood in the doorway trying to understand what she was saying. Seeing that I was confused, she follows up with, "there is a shift change so you have to wait until the next person comes on". Mind you, she had just rang up 2 individuals right before I entered the store. I then ask, " how long is that going to take"? She says, "about 15 minutes or until the next person gets here, 10pm". I asked, "So, do I just stand here and wait"? She states, "Or, you can have a seat". I thought it would be wierd to stand there as a customer was entering and I knew others would accumulate. I also know Shell does not have a 15 minute period where the customers have to "hang in the store" and wait to buy something. Not to mention, Kim was very rude and short in her responses. I'm a regular at this store but tonight's experience has changed that. I will never understand how some people get a rise out of causing people unnecessary inconveniences. Especially when they are bringing you business. Negative stars!

The store say 24h but never open in the morning, I knock the door and rig the bell but nothing, this is not the first time is been multiple times

Just trying to get a drink real quick, but the cashier tells me that she's doing a shut down, so I have to wait 15 minutes to purchase it. Why not ask to ring me up before hand, don't know? In 15 minutes I can go to any other place around here I'll just stop coming because obviously it's not convenient.

I was a regular customer at your store because I loved the friendliness I felt whenever I did my shopping. I am no longer going to be visiting and I am sorry. Here is what happened: I walk up to the counter with my purchases. The woman who always helps me (amazing lady!!!!) was busy with her own customer so I was rung up by a new hire. He is a skinny young white guy with glasses who wears the expression of someone who does not want to be there. Me: "May I have a (brand of smokes) please" kid turns around, grabbing the pack I need. Kid: "What year were you born" Me: "1985, I am 33" Kid: "Okay I get it, your old" I shut down after that and ignored him. I'm sorry but I don't pay hard earned money to be insulted like that :(

The manager at this location is a chronic pain in the a** ! been going there 3 years now and STILL asks me my date of birth ( i'm 57 ) when asking for my cigs , it's not like she doesnt know who i am ! then stands there giving attitude when you dont answer her , 3 stars for the other staff though , good people , i know for a FACT other "older" regulars go through the same thing with this woman , its ANNOYING LADY ! you know who we are , we are you REGULAR daily customers ! i'm done going to this store after today , had enough of this idiot , a 7/11 is just down the street

Gas station conveniently located right off North Decatur Boulevard on the way to Ann Road for redeeming those accumulated monthly gas discount points from your local Smith's Supermarket (my favorite large supermarket chain). They also have a self-service car wash available, but I have never washed my car here.
