Declan is always more than helpful every time we need to call in an order. We are in the process of transitioning staff and Declan has always been super helpful in the sense of going the extra mile to assist in helping find the best route to ensure that this transition has been seamless. This place wasted my time. Manager Cody spent a lot of time and energy trying to get me to not use my promotional offer. He was like a used car salesman on why I shouldn’t use this certificate to save $. He said he couldn’t produce the paint used in my house which had just been built by Richmond American. I found out this wasn’t true, and that as a manager he should’ve just referred me to the store off Russell, which keeps new builds paint codes on file.I decided to purchase a quart of a different color paint for my daughters nursery. Cody and another manager, Germain took approximately 45 minutes to figure out how to apply my promotion. By the end of the transition I was getting an attitude from Germain since he was stressed out on trying to figure out how to do his job.These guys are lame, loose the attitude, gain some common sense. I’m the customer and you inconvenience me when you can’t perform basic functions of your job.

I went here for the first time today after the other location ran out of stock. Staff is not friendly compared to the staff in Deer Springs. Does not know about the 25% sales event starting today. Will not come back here.

(which they did not comply) I wanted to use Shermin-Williams because that’s the business the company used. However my son texted me and said for 2 gallons it was $151!!!! WHAT???? I told him no and I will go to Home Depot or Walmart because they won’t rob you for your money. Before he left the store he told the rep that I didn’t want that. My son said that the guy started making it before he even told him to make it. I guess he felt obligated. Anyway the guy says I need to call my boss. The boss says no that we have to take it????? They can still sell that paint. He didn’t even leave the store. I will tell everyone of my family and friends never to go there and I will post on every review platform possible. Horrible customer service!!!

We love shopping at Sherwin Williams for the professional and knowledgeable staff. They are always so helpful and the store is always clean and organized. They have the knowledge to help us complete our home decorating... that we need.
