“Saw those advertisements on Facebook to where you can get pajamas with pictures of your dog on them. However the material of the pajamas were 100 percent polyester so im like hell no cause that shit is uncomfortable. So i called up customistic and asked if they do that and they said yep and it's better if you buy 100 percent cotton and I was excited. Went in last Friday because its a gift for my dads bday which is 2 days before xmas and was helped by a nice lady named Ventika. I emailed the photos and she spent a good 25 minutes cropping the photos and showing me a layout on the computer and pajama pantsof how the 8 pics would go on them. The laid back yet professional vibe of the store was awesome and I felt very comfortable there. I picked up the pants on Tuesday and they did a amazing, outstanding, professional job on them and I highly recommend this store. I didn't know you can add pics to the reviews. So if I can edit review I will post pic of pants so you see the quality of their work. If not I'll just post another review. Thankyou guys so much because I know my dad will be super stoked when gets them.”

I took my phone to this FedEx office inside the Cosmopolitan hotel where I was staying and they did the whole thing for $1.49 I was truly impressed not just with the value for money but by the lovely friendly service I received. “This is my local FedEx Ship Store. Been using it for about 5 years now. Seen some changes in store layout, items available and normal employee rotations or attrition. I know it's a FedEx, not a fine dining establishment, they do what their scope of work demands and they do it well. I don't know if it's because I walk in with respect that I always get respect and great service. But the amount of negative comments I see don't match what I see every visit.

He helped me pack up some samples from a conference and made sure I got the best rate to get them there quickly and safely. He also made sure I had all the tracking a receipts for my expense reports. I've never shipped anything while on a trip and I really appreciated his kindness and patience. Definitely an amazing and professional employee. 10/10”

“I had the privilege of visiting this FedEx Office a couple times this trip. The staff went out of their way to be helpful both times. They were knowledgeable, funny, and kind... all while remaining professional. I was impressed. I don't understand the negative reviews. There is a charge when Amazon packages are delivered to the Hotel at this office, but that's to be expected when it is connected to a hotel (most places). This is the only reason I can imagine that people would be displeased. Kuddos the the kind people at this office and location. You made my day brighter!”
