A little tricky getting back to 15, but easy if you pay attention.

They dont offer paid parking anymore, "you have to remain in the truck" for some reason. Also it seems like the homeless have taken ownership of this truck stop. Also, the scale is not accurate.

I got up at 5 am to do the oil change. I arrived and waited 3 hours. I asked the mechanic if it would take time and he got upset and treated me badly. His name is Jose. They should stop treating customers like this.

All I can say is that I am grateful to have found Morton's! Traveling alone across country and found this great stop over! I have a RV so just finding a comfortable safe place to sleep was Awesome! The PM cashier was sweet and told me to stay as long as I needed. The AM (4:15) cashier was so kind, I will recommend and stop here again!! Thank You!!

I would never stop in here again for any reason. I lived in Vegas 16 years and now am a digital nomad in a classic converted Van. No shower at the moment. Stopped in to pay for two showers and were rejected as no one without a CDL can pay to shower there since May. The worst part was the terrible customer service. The cashier was rude and dismissive and didn't even answer my question when I asked when it changed she just pointed to their unprofessional, handwritten, magic marker sign. Don't call yourself a "travel center" and discriminate against RVers. Please pass on the info, let's support those businesses that earn our business with get service and consideration. I'm going to post everywhere I can think of. Help pass on the word if you can

Ok, let me say this has ALWAYS been my favorite truck stop. I came here to shower when I was living in my car before I got my cdl. I fell in love with the showers , and, still, after being otr for awhile, they are still the best. However, it's not easy to keep up a appearance and working, when you live in your car. This place really changed my life, just to be freshly showered and clean does wonders for a person. However, since I been back, they only allow CDL holders to shower. Sadly, they were the only reason I was able to work and look decent so nobody knew I was homeless, and, they were part of the reason I was able to work up until I went to school. This is a crappy policy! Not every person that's homeless looks like they are. This would have broke me, driving all the way up here, just to be turned away!! I'm not gonna return, and I will tell all my driver friends . Which, most drivers I know were either homeless or on the brink of it before they got their CDL.
