sometimes i have to go to this smith's but honestly i hate coming to this one in particular. today i proved it, it seems that all the workers there are kind of racist or hate their jobs. it will be the last time i go to this smith. the one closer to my house is much nicer and everyone seems to be very friendly.

I'm not sure why the ladies here have horrible customer Representatives but it's horrible energy when it comes to the customer service and it's the women that work here.
