This location of Smith's is very understaffed. The beginning of the sale week (Wed.) items usually aren't stocked until the afternoon. At this location they rarely have cashiers or customer service. it's mostly a self check out location and they have 18 self check outs. Some foods can not be keyed correctly in their system and it's frustrating. Non food items and wine are locked up until 9am. This location can use a security guard. Weirdos approach you here and ask you for money in the parking lot.When shopping here arm yourself with mace and don't expect them to bag any groceries for you.

I find the employees at the self-check outs to be attentive, helpful, and friendly. Nothing against any of the other employees. I just don't have a need to interact with them. This store is a convenient location for me, but I'm happy to see Sprouts has opened just across the street where I can now purchase fresh produce. The produce at Smith's is old and soft, and the pre-bagged produce, like potatoes, onions, and oranges, almost always contains rotten pieces.

The staff is great! My only complaint is that there are always flies in the bagel cabinet. It's actually very very unsanitary and just disgusting to see. I love the bagels but I have to get there early before the flies arrive. Its really shameful.

This young Black Man at the Deli has always been the friendliest towards his customers! That is what makes a great place to visit. The not so-great, the store does have these digital special that you have to fumble around your device, scan and add to get the discount. The App is not very friendly so trying to navigate an app to get the discount is annoying.

I went in this morning to pick up a few things & it was insane. Only one person at an actual checkout lane, the rest was all self checkout, which was slammed. Then, discovered they no longer have plastic bags, just paper ones, which are totally worthless. Handles were ripping on some before they ever left the store. Handicap people were stressed & having a lot of difficulty & only ONE store attendant to help. It was a frustrating nightmare. I will go back to pickup, but if they use the paper bags, that could be a deterrent. IF I go back in, I will bring my own bags. Not a good experience & I was not the only one unhappy & frustrated

Great Market. The weekly sale papers always have items to add to your pantry when up watching tv, Smith's will continuously have what you need !

This is the store I mostly frequent, and I will say, the employees are "Always helpful!" I can usually find what I need a timely manner. But today, I went to the Deli, and the seafood area. The deli workers are ALWAYS pleasant!..anyway, standing at the deli, I peak over to see that the Crab-legs are Half Price! Today, they are $9.99 a pound. I'm very happy today..also, I stopped to ask the manager, about "keto bread"..they gave awesome suggestions...they have several places stocked. Shout out to he cashiers at the You scam spots, they always are super helpful!!

I had a pickup order and once again, the person picking the order gave me expired Home Chef Meals. I have been standing in the Guest care line since 4:30 pm. One person working with 10 people in front of me. Then at 5:25 with 1 person in front of me and 10 people behind they decide to do a shift change. First of all train your pickers on checking dates for pickup orders!Secondly, do a better job of thinking about your Customers!This is totally unacceptable, you all have got to do better!As I write this review at 5:44 we are still waiting for them to finish the shift change.

How is no one saying anything about the smell of this place! I drive 10 minutes down the road to shop so I don't have to smell iron. This store smells like blood and sweat it's disgusting. I am shocked there isn't tons of reviews about it.

I just want to say that Lamont was a very big help tonight. He bagged my groceries a few times in a timely manner. Even though the store is missing a lot of stuff. He made it much easier to leave. Thanks Lamont you rock

Been a few years since Ive updated. Just wanted to give a five star to all the employees. Always friendly and willing to help out. The only problem we have been having is the electric wheelchairs are either all being used, out of service, or not charged all the way. Boyfriend had an accident and it's hard for him to walk long distances. Today, it stopped on him halfway through our shopping and a nice employee went to find him another one but none were charged. We appreciate him going to look for us even if it didn't work out.

I've been shopping at this location for 5 years, when we decided to move on base I continued to drive to this location. While in the produce section an older hispanic man with salt and pepper hair employed with smiths was stocking the same red onions I was headed towards. I noticed he pulled tissue from his pocket and vigorously began wiping and digging inside his nose. I was instantly upset when I seen him back in his pocket and went back to sticking the onions. Not to mention his mask was pulled down under his chin, I restrained myself from calling him out. I did report him to a man name Peter, I hope this is acted on as I no longer feel secure with shopping here at thus location during covid

Very rude, as soon as she came to work while there were switching shift had a rude attitude. Laquay was the name. So sad that now of days people don’t have great customer service.
