Smiths is always busy but is well stocked clean and the lines are sometimes long they move people through with courtesy and your not in line to long.

Bait and switch they advertise chicken breasts 1.99/lb then when u get there of course those particular ones are sold out but you can buy the other ones for twice the price. Same thing goes with the other smiths. Smiths is the worst grocery store in Las Vegas and I've lived here 20 years.

The check out was tedious and it never fails once I finally get to the bagging area the person doing the bagging goes to another check out and I'm stuck with bagging my own stuff. Roughly four out of five times I'm the bagger.

This isn’t the 1st time. Annoyed that cashier rang up up wrong pricing when I did it through the app like they tell us to do. Since I was bagging my own groceries, I wasn’t able to check the pricing til after everything was rang up. When I got my receipt and noticed before I left, they told me to go to customer service where it took almost 30 mins waiting in line to get my refund of $5. Definitely left a bad survey and now this review. Terrible service

The customer service at the liquor department was horrible. I stood there with another customer while two employees had a personal conversation and totally ignored us. I shop here all the time and this store has gone downhill over the last couple of months including one of the new managers that I've witnessed being rude on a couple occasions. They do have a cashier, Robert, who is totally awesome and super helpful and nice.
