Change your hours to closing at 11 not midnight on the internet . Annoying rude employees at “the actual close” I didn’t just come in thinking you would service me after hours , the internet legit says you close at 12! Went to winco which is 24 hrs and got a better deal .

As a valued customer for the past three years, I have consistently appreciated the helpfulness and courtesy of the staff and management at this location. On June 28th, during a self-checkout experience, I encountered an unfortunate incident with an employee named Cari. She publicly accused me of theft, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. Despite her initial apology, she then reiterated her suspicion and insisted on monitoring my scanning process. This interaction was followed by an argumentative and aggressive response when I addressed her conduct. Upon requesting a manager, Heidi intervened and offered a sincere apology. I believe Cari requires additional training in customer service and conflict resolution, or that her interactions with customers should be reassessed.

Someone shot my uncle's car while here and the store refusesd to pull surveillance footage for LE. When said videos were subpoena for, they claimed the cameras dont work and are just for scare. 🙄

The layout of this place is atrocious. Stock of items are sparse and limited.
Prices are ok. Place is moderately clean.
Finding grocery items is a bit of a hassle. Not the best place to grocery shop.

I love my smith's and especially my starbucks crew. They always get my drink perfect. Store is clean staff is nice
