I personally did not order service from them but my direct neighbor did. Not only did they park their truck and completely block off my drive way but when I asked for one of their employees to move the truck within in the next 10 minutes he brushed me off didn't move the truck and started to insult me, antagonize, and act childish. If this is how unprofessional their movers are when they're not being watched or supervised by their managers you're better off hiring someone else. I did call their head office to report the incident and they were apologetic and informed me they will get to the bottom of the issue. Hopefully they train their employees better next time.

This company was recommended by Pods. The 1st day went ok. But I feel like when customers have large furniture you as a company should send the movers that can handle heavy furniture! The 1st day there was a pretty strong guy then a very small one and it would have went smoother & much fast had they both bigger! But DAY 2!!!! They sent 2 very small men 5"5" or 5"6" maybe 140lbs! They struggled the entire time with my very large items! Brand new house and walls were banged & scratched! They WERE nice enough but when THEY LEFT.... I FOUND MY MONEY JAR MISSING! $160! It was packed in a box that they just left wide open which caught my attention! Called the company...YEP! YOU GUESSED IT! No response so far! We will be filing a formal complaint on Monday Nov. 26th 2018!

They damage your property, assume responsibility and then you wait for months for them to then deny your claim. Despicable people from the lead drivers to the managers and corporate leadership.

I give this business 2 stars overall and that's being generous. Our house in Vegas had 3 bedrooms, a giant loft and a very large living room with a 3-car garage... TMO proposed 4-days to pack this house into trucks, this company, sent 1 ONE (UNO, etc.) employee to pack on day one... Matt, who you need to promote because he works his butt off and does more work than everyone he works with. He packed our kitchen and dining room ALONE on the first day. The next day there were 4 people packing the entire upstairs... one did 2 spare rooms by himself, 2 did the master bedroom and let me tell you, they enjoyed the A/C and talked a whole lot while packing our things. Matt was packing high-value items in the loft that day and supervising, he packed the quickest and he packed the most items. My husband turned the 2 working in the master bedroom over to that garage because he said they were taking too long, there were too many high value things at stake and turned those items over to Matt, who finished their job. The two in the garage... it was one of your movers with the most seniority, has a gold-dolly, he was great, he did an excellent job and is very personable (I can't remember his name, it's been awhile, but I'd not forget his face)... his sister, not a good hire, she did the most "nothing" out of everyone at the house and took her sweet time. Items were dropped in our garage, my husbands' tool bench was full of drawers with nuts and bolts that were dropped, and tossed in a box-as-is. The guys stacked totes on top of each other to the ceiling and they fell over, causing damage to totes and items in them. We are missing a parts box from the garage and living room items, we can't put our furniture together. The third day was all about the garage and loading the trucks. The last day, everyone was downstairs working together on last items. The only people in our house from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM were Matt and Christina (his sister), they work VERY well together and they work very well PERIOD. Everyone else was outside hanging on the back of one of the trucks eating, smoking, BS-ing until Matt and Christina were finished inside. We have unpacked everything in NC, tools are missing from my husband's tool boxes, nothing was crated; Half of our furniture was destroyed during this move... items that were not crated and protected from the elements were destroyed via water damage during storage in North Carolina while we were traveling and house-hunting. No blame on SNM for the water damage, but the packing, not good. I know that our home has a lot of items, also a lot of high-valued items as my husband and I are collectors of various things... but to entrust your company with said items which were worth thousands of dollars and to then have them damaged by the packing procedures your people took to get the job done in 4 days (which I know is unreasonable), is something I could never foresee happening again and I hope others who are looking for movers of high-valued items see this review. In fact, if you want to contact me personally, please do so. Overall, 2 stars; this is for sending an inadequate amount of people to pack the house, for having to load our items in not 2, but 3 trucks because your people didn't load properly, for damaging items and possibly stealing items. Matt, Christina, (guy with the gold-dolly who was an Eagles fan, forgive me, I can't remember your name) all deserve their jobs because they work hard... the young guy that packed my 2 spare bedrooms worked his butt off too (can't remember his name), but everyone else there had an enormous amount of gall for their job and didn't take it seriously. Best regards.

They lie about the times they work, will create a fraudulent sheet of hours worked so they can charge you more money. Want to talk to a manager? Forget about it. No one ever answers the phone and a manager won't call you back. It's some guy and his girlfriend who is moving your stuff. *If you want professional movers that won't charge you for hours they didn't work, then go ELSEWHERE. Mover beware!

Horrible service. They forge the forms and lie about the amount they actually work and arrival/completion time. Buyer beware, they will charge you for time they didn't work and you're not getting strong men. He wouldn't let me speak to any manager. If lying about time is how he wants to manage his business, fine but will already complained to BBB and will be filing complaint with the booking company plus yelp and other pages as well.

Horrible service. They forge the forms and lie about the amount of time they actually work and arrival/completion time. It's a guy and his tiny girlfriend who is barely capable of moving anything. Buyer beware, they will charge you for time they didn't work and you're not getting strong men. If you want a 100-lb girl moving your furniture who lies about the time she works, then that's the company for you. He wouldn't let me speak to any manager. If lying about time is how he wants to manage his business, fine but already complained to BBB and will be filing complaint with the booking company plus yelp and other pages as well. Prior to this.... the day before the move, we called for hours on end and could never get anyone at the office to answer to verify help and also nail down an arrival time. Many yelp reviewers say the same thing. Hope others learn a lesson from my horrible experience! Also-They won't return your call! Lie and avoid-- that's their business model. Disgusted that someone has to lie about hours worked and then just reply, "well your credit card is on file." To anyone thinking of using them.... do not!!!

I ordered a couch online and received a call saying that Southern Nevada Movers would be calling me within 24-48 hours to set up the delivery. I called the number they gave me to go ahead and take care of it right away. No answer, left a voicemail. Next day I still hadn't received a call so I called two more times and left two more voicemails. Another day goes by and no calls back. I called again and spoke to the operator who transferred me to logistics, straight to voicemail again. I left two more messages with my name and contact information each time and never received a call back. Eventually I decided to drive up to their physical location and see if I could just get my couch since no one was returning my calls. I was told that can't happen and that they wouldnt be able to schedule me until next week. It's Monday today and I'm out of town Thursday through Monday this week but they don't have any openings for deliveries. I asked again if we could just change the delivery address and deliver to the parking lot so I can just have it without having to wait another week. No exceptions were made, no apologies for not returning my calls or acknowledgement of any of my calls. I'm very frustrated with this whole operation.

Rush. Rush. Rush. Hurry and wait now. They were supposed to show up and pack in 2 days. They didn't show up Tuesday. Called around 10am Wednesday said they would be there around noon. 2pm came along, oh we are late we will come tomorrow. So they packed everything up in one day. Which made us hurry and have to clean that same day for our renters coming in that following morning. They also told us we would get our stuff on Tuesday the following week. Again no call on tuesday so we called in. Oh. You wont get your stuff until Monday of next week. Well where the h*ll is out stuff sitting for 2 weeks? I would NEVER use them again.

My husband and I had southern Nevada movers contracted to pack our belongings and we were pleased with their services. Christina did our pre-move and we had two days of packing and shipping. The staff that packed our things was awesome. They were polite and handled our belongings with care. Everything we had shipped to us came intact. The whole team was very flexible and accommodating with us because it was our first move and we weren't entirely sure how the process worked. We were so thankful SNM worked with us.

Southern Nevada Movers received my Beautyrest bed in February, 2018. I was scheduled for heart surgery March 16th and needed the new bed for rehabilitation afterwards. They said they only delivered to my area once a week and all trucks were full until March 23rd. Apparently they take on more work than they can handle... why not add an extra delivery once a week until they catch-up? A one month waiting period is unacceptable. They have no concern for the customer, no give or compromise on a one week earlier delivery. All I received was a big fat NO. They had no compassion for my dilemma. I did not get the bed in time for the surgery. Remember... one month delay once they receive the shipment.
