This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their auto payment system messed up so many times that I’m now not allowed to even use a credit/debit card to make a payment. Can you say fraud!!! Now all I can do is pay cash. What the hell?

Unfortunately a monopoly so we have no choice on gas providers, but an absolute joke with their pricing and answers for it. My December bill was 5x the normal amount without any significant gas changes, their answer was simply "we're charging you double the gas rate now since we didn't make enough money last year". Sad to see how many companies in our country just utterly spit in our faces nowadays.

So disappointed with this company and the customer service. I moved in my apartment and I can’t get service started until next week. I explain I have a five year old that I need to cook for and the customer representative didn’t care and cannot get someone sooner than that to get my service started.

Horrible customer service. They marked my house and didn't tell me what kind of work they were doing. Called them and they couldn't tell me what they were doing. After going back and forth for about 2 hours, they sent a technician to let me know what kind of work they were doing. Also, I got a response from an email 5 days later which stated they couldn't tell me anything about the work in my house due to privacy and couldn't reply to the email. I as told to send another email request if I didn't like their answer. All in all, horrible experience.

As a whole... Pay attention to your bills... They decided to place me into an equal billing without my permission. By doing so, they can over charge you annually and you wouldn't even know. I had to go through a process to disenroll from it...(I would have remembered found through the same process to enroll in it) I've had them for 10 years... Never signed up for it...

SW Gas payment system is nearly impossible. You need to definitely simplify your system for residents to make payments, contact you and set up an account on your website. Everything is super complicated, not convenient for customers at all!!
