Bryan helped me on getting the chair I wanted that was on sale. They didn’t have the chair in their store but he reserved me one at a different store. Everything was a breeze and got exactly what I wanted at the other store.

About 8-10 weeks ago corporate changed the ink recycle policy without any notice. Now the full value is currently only applied on the first 6 cartridges. Lesson learned, keep up with the promos because they certainly are not going to mention changes. Store reps are powerless about this, and I do not hold anything against them.

I had to print out quite a few copies today! If was a very quick process. Everyone in the store was very friendly. The store extremely organized and well maintained. 👍🏾👍🏾

They have a good selection of chair mats. I found it interesting, though, that their online price was ($5) lower than their in-store price. They gave me the online price, but if I didn't check online before going there, I would have paid more.

Highly Recommend – Comfortable, Well-Sized, and Affordable!
I’m really impressed with this chair. It’s incredibly comfortable — the cushioning is soft but supportive, making it perfect for long hours whether you’re working, gaming, or just relaxing. The size is just right: spacious enough to sit comfortably without feeling bulky or taking up too much room.
What really surprised me was the price. For the quality and comfort you get, it feels like a total steal. The build feels sturdy and well-made, and the design fits nicely with most setups.

I went in the store last week to purchase resume’ paper and saw a group of office chairs that caught my eye. I wanted to wait a few days until my social security check arrived and so I went in looking for just that specific brown chair for $99. Hurray! I found it- had to wheel it to the front of the store to get some help. The girl was kind and helpful- as we found out it was the last one and staples wouldn’t be restocking this. I said “so, can I have it?” She had to ask the manager BRIAN. At first, he didn’t get the concept of there would be no more of these chairs coming and it was the last one. Wouldn’t that mean they would want it to go? Possibly as a clearance item??? Well, he finally understood and then told me he would have to upcharge me because it was already put together or I had to buy the insurance!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE???? He saw I was an old woman and I told him I had saved up the money to purchase it at $99. What a loser manager!!! I will NEVER forget or return to that store again- even though I was a customer for 15 years!!! Shame on BRIAN for trying to take advantage of an old woman.

The environment is nice and the staff is quite friendly (even if it wasn't at the beginning of the interaction).
But.
If you go at Staples for business cards be prepared to have a final product that is far far away from being professional. The cut of the cards is approximate and not even straight at times. If you have a very basic need than you can go for it, but if you need a business card a little more professionally printed and cut, than this is not the place for you. While you can take advantage of a good price, the process will leave you with mostly unusable business cards unless you have a really basic design.
For everything else you are going to have a positive feedback...just don't use their printing service for business cards.

We really like this store! Yes, it's conveniently located, with lots of parking. Yes, they have a good selection of products and services. But mostly, YES, they have some attentive and knowledgeable staff. Today, we stopped in to do an Amazon return and were helped by such a friendly associate who also works in printing services. She's assisted us in the past when we printed a huge poster. Next, we checked out their chairs--my husband found one he really liked which was offered at a super sale price. Their associate, Antonino, helped us again on this visit by telling us about the weekly deals and special discounts; the way we can use the Staples app for price matching; and basically how to get the best pricing and rewards points. Omg, we ended up buying a great gaming chair and a Thomasville corner desk which is perfect for my sewing/craft room. and we saved HUNDREDS. When you walk in and someone asks if you need help, let them help you--they are really interested in providing customer service. Thanks, Antonino (and thanks to your Manager), we appreciate you guys!

I’ve been coming to this location to ship things for YEARS and have the receipts to prove it. NEVER in the past 10 years have I had any of the employees give me any hassle until this new manger BRYAN. His employee are amazing, never give me any trouble, the last time I was here one of his employees offered to put my items in a large clear poly bag for safer shipping. Yet, whenever he assist me, he hassles me the whole time about how I choose to ship my items! NO ONE else does this, just HIM. I will be writing a letter to corporate. This is NOT how people who choose to spend their money somewhere should be treated.
