Do yourself a favor, don't ask for delivery. Even if you come days before u need it you can't even reverse a time...then when u ask for another day they say they can't deliver. You can't prepay and then have some get it either, so basically they don't work with you at all... save your time and energy go get your own stuff and deliver it yourself because they won't help you and I feel they don't even care to even try and help

Spent well over a $1,000 on materials to redo our backyard, the service/delivery of materials after the purchase was unbelievablely terrible 😑 Finally had to contact the store manager to fix things before we were going to cancel our order. After countless calls, being on hold for extended periods of time and hearing many different excuses and stories! Very frustrating, now we need thousands of dollars in sod....not ordering from Star i can assure you.
SHAME ON YOU STAR ON ANN ROAD 🙄

Animals are very important to me, and I noticed that the fish pond is full of algae. When I visited last year, I thought it was cleaned at some point during the year, but today, I noticed it had decayed even more. The fish were barely visible, and the turtles weren’t swimming around as they usually do.
I truly hope a solution can be found to ensure the animals are in a healthy environment.

Terrible place and awful customer service. So I have been buying plants here for a few years now but last month I bought a house plant and died in less than two weeks so, I called twice ask about return policies. In the two days that I have called both people I hav spoken told me that I can bring in the plant and they will offer a replacement or refund as long as it is not more than 30 days. So today, I went there with the plant and the staff seems clueless about the refund policy. Eventually the manager came and explained that the policy does not apply to house plants. Another person who does not know how to listen. Needless to say, I ended leaving my plants with no refund or exchange. So disappointed with this place, I will never go back again.

Is this how star nursery deliver rock? I ordered a ton of chunky rock and only got one third of it. The rest was a mix of gravel and dirt. I don't recommend getting rock from here. Very disappointing!

My family was visiting from out of town. Lots of plants to choose from. They drove here, so they picked up the ones they wanted. Great prices and selection

Go to Home Depot. Don’t bother here. Horrible customer service for delivery.
Hung up on my wife. Very vague and difficult to get any information from them.

Very helpful staff! Spoke to a couple of the guys working the plants and they were a wealth of knowledge and very kind. As far as the plants so far so good. This see the plants I got today along with a few other items.

Best selection of plants in Vegas. The staff here used to be really friendly. Feels like customers are an inconvenience now. Got more help from other customers than the staff.

As the summer ends, plants are on sale however, the cashiers maybe not aware of the changes and start ringing plants at regular prices. So watch when checking out bc when plants are $0.48 and your being charged $3.89. That's a big difference. Just be aware at check out. Happy planting🌿🌻

Went yesterday,Sunday about 4 pm. I didn’t realize how hot it would be there. I found a clearance aloe Vera plant . At the checkout, cashier was very nice, item rang up regular price. So she calls for approval to apply the discount. A rude man shows up to loudly claim that’s Not marked down and said he would have to check. I said fine, I really don’t need this rudeness. I’m so hot with a red face, that’s how I get when hot. And now I’m hot and mad. So I must have scared the cashier. The guy instead of a price check, opened the cash register near the door. I’m a senior citizen so slowly I’m leaving. I wasn’t sure if this guy would stop me but no. I’m very upset about the whole incident. Your employees should mark the items with something, a sticker dot or price tag or write on it. So customers won’t go through an embarrassing moment like it happened to me.

Paid for delivery of 2 trees. One 25 gallon and the other a larger one. When I was setting up delivery, I was told that they would put the items that I paid for on the left side of my driveway. They put one of the trees on the driveway, but the larger one they left in the street. Why did I pay for delivery if they are not going to do what I paid for? I am not happy with the answer I received when i called to ask why. I was told that the bigger trees. It is the one in a wooden box. He said they don't put those in the driveway because it might crack the cement. I will make sure I tell everyone that they do not communicate well. And they are very lazy. My mother has bought many trees and had the delivered and they put them in the driveway. I am very upset with the lack of customer service. Then, they need to disclose that in the set of delivery.
