I didn't have a good experience. The drink that I order at least 3 times a week was make a lot different. The lady gave me a venti size cup with a third of the cup empty. And another third taken up by Kohl. So I probably got 1/3 of coffee. She told me the drink I ordered "Normally comes in a tall".. Soooo why did she sell me the Venti? I always order venti size and my cup is filled. I also ask for it upside down but I didn't even get cold foam... I already drove to their location. Which isn't in my area, but in order to have my drink replaced, customer service had me tap dancing, giving the store a number giving the time sending a copy of the receipt. I was not impressed. There are a lot of other things I could. Do if I was cheating other than get a starbucks drink. I know it may be protocol, but they never asked me for it before. They just asked for which store. I have it on my app but it was a lot to waste my gas not to get the drink I asked for and when I inquired. The lady seemed unwilling and unyielding as if she knew I was wrong about the drink I get all the time. She didn't say anything after placing the drink on the counter she just walked away...

I thought it was just me having a bad day but I come here to leave my review and notice a trend in horrible customer service with this location. I ordered a bacon, sausage egg wrap through DoorDash, when I opened the bag, no wrap in sight, instead they threw in a tiny egg sandwich a quarter of the size of what the wrap usually is and didn’t not even bother to refund me the money for the wrap which cost twice as much than what I actually received. Never again.

The lady at the counter charged me 20 extra dollars. I basically paid for the young man in front of me because the cashier was too incompetent. I had a somewhat large order and did not realize I had been over charged until it was time to pick up my order. The young man obviously had no money and could not pay for his 20 dollars worth of food and drink. After the young man ordered, the cashier asked who else was ready to order so I told her we were waiting for the kid to finish his order. The cashier told me he was finished, so, I assumed he had paid for his own order. I had no idea she added my stuff to his. When I informed the cashier she had incorrectly put the young man's order with mine and I overpaid, she looked at me confused. I just left before getting refunded due to the fact she told me to wait and the store was busy. It is unacceptable Starbucks employs people who are incompetent. I generally do not do reviews, however, I do not pay for someone else's order. There was no reason to believe the young man was with me, I never once interacted with him. I will never return to this Starbucks location again.

Despite all the bad reviews for this location, I must say that I had a particular encounter with a one of the staff members by the name Michelle. Her positive energy really did a big impact for my visit. She was high energy and very patient with us. I just had to leave a review, hopefully she will be there on your next Starbucks run!

I Wanted a cup Of coffee, I like the blonde roast Verenda BlendWhich is Like a green bean instead of a roasted blend? So as I have been doing for ages. I purchased the instant Coffee packs in a box.And As I always do. IAsked for a courtesy cup of hot water with a little cream.So this one particular store at 1380 West Cheyenne. In Las Vegas, Nevada Informed me, That it Is Against the law for them to supply me with hot water to make my coffee , that they could only give me room temperature water. Who drinks hot coffee at room temperature ? so I went to another business and they gave me a cup of hot water and cream to make my cup of joeNo purchase required at all just saying shame on Starbucks bad practices at that location

On September 14th at 5 pm , I went to this Starbucks location to participate in the buy one get one free drinks as part of their fall promotion. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and didn’t let us get the drinks we want , she stated that the iced chai wasn’t included. In the fine print the iced chai is included, we tried to show her but she refused to read it . Instead of being professional and cordial, she raised her voice and shut the window on us . I’ve never had an unfortunate experience as such , and I don’t understand why it escalated, I just wanted an iced chai which is apart of the promotion.

They never can get a mobile order right. Its either i have to wait additional 4 minutes because they haven't made the drink or i have to go back because they gave me the wrong drink. Today my drink wasnt ready and they didn't give me what i order. Paid $7 for ice
