I travel extensively for work and Motel 6 is a cheap and usually good choice. This location is absolutely horrible and the building should be condemned. The one stars are negative stars. The area is horrible, run down and dangerous and the motel 6 keeps up with the area. The TV didn’t work for two days, the WiFi was dial up speed at best, when it was working. The exterior was filthy and I had someone sleeping outside my window. The room was full of flies and the furnishings were falling apart. The pics attached from the room and outside tell the story and the front desk clerk was useless. I understand this is not a 5-star resort but this motel 6 is a joke.
Rooms: In one word, horrible. The room was full of flies, falling apart, and the garbage was next to the room.
Nearby activities: Homelessness and drug dealing.
Safety: Not safe at all. Avoid this place at all cost if you can.

This place hideous and disgusting. Dirty. The bathtub had a ring from the last guest or more. There were no towels. There was no Wi-Fi and TV had no reception. I saw a bug scurry across the floor and upon closer inspection it was a cockroach. I was afraid to open my suitcase, so I didn’t. There was no hot water. I don’t recommend this dive. And for the commenter on every review here, dude most of the reviews have said your place is dirty, had roaches and none of the amenities that you claim to have in your advertising. Hot water, cleanliness, towels and the like are basic and expected as well as a working tv. Your “chance to do better” has expired. Shut the doors. You fail.

If only I can give this hotel a lower score I would. Do not trust people that give this place a 10 or full stars. It's either a AI or a lie. Do not come here unless it's a last resort. If you must stay here bring your own bug spray, your own tp , towel and bed cover. The first day me and family arrived here we were met with stained bedsheets, cockroaches every little bit inside and outside ,and its like house keeping does not exist here or something or an on-site manager. They only gave us a few towels (luckily packed some) and 2 rolls of tp and I am starting to write this on my 3/5 days here . It's that bad.
Never staying here again after this trip.
The only thing that is saving this place is the nearby tourist spots.
Rooms: Horrible. Just horrible .

It's an inexpensive place to stay, especially if you're staying long term. Just a short walk to a Smith's grocery store and only a 5 minute drive to Fremont Street Experience.
Not the nicest nor most comfortable beds I've slept on and doesn't have a pool or workout room, and no intercontinental breakfast, and I had to lift the door handle a little just to engage the deadbolt (due to the door being old and probably not perfectly aligned); but you do get what you pay for.
It may be in a "bad" neighborhood (i.e.: lots of homeless people outside), but at least it is across the street from the North Las Vegas police station for an added level of safety.
Recommended only for budget travelers. If you have more money, I would suggest staying somewhere nicer at either Fremont or the Strip.
Rooms: Basic rooms with either a single king or two queens. Cable TV. Kitchenette. Full bathroom with tub and shower.
Nearby activities: Jerry's Nugget, Silver Nugget (formerly), Fremont Street Experience

It's a shame that it is not possible to vote in negative direction. Otherwise I would give -5.
The rooms are superficial clean. You can't even walk without shoes and your socks are sticking to ceramic floor.
The rooms smell for wheat, and talking to the manager ends up in he didn't want to cancel the booking with the justification that the cleaning spray they use is causing the smelling odor.... funny
Cause we checked if at least the beds are clean by lifting the duvet, he told us that we "used" the room like other guests for a 30min number.
After telling him to clarify the case over *booking*com* he finally canceled after a heavy discussion over 20min. and returned the money.
So my advice:
STAY AWAY FROM Here! ☝️
Find yourself a comfy room for less money than there with clean beds and shower. So we did! 👍
Always safe travels to all of you!

Room was stinky, the towels were dirty stained, stayed here for 2 days and use the same towels, the room phone wasn’t working and wasn’t able to be in contact with room service, the Tv wasn’t working and wasn’t connect to the wall. Totally wasn’t worth how much I paid to be here.

It’s better to sleep in your car and use a public bathroom because it had a bed smell, the bed was unsteadily , broken tv, broken bed light, broken door jam, no toilet paper, one paper cup to drink from, dirty hand prints on the wall by the door. However The AC works and is loud enough to drowned out some traffic noise. The office staff did fix the TV and handed out toilet paper. I am disappointed that I had to pay $10 extra for my dog. I made this last-minute reservation because I have a pet and they usually stay free

Don't do it,don't stay here....unless you are really just looking for a roof over your head...keep looking. This place is horrible I'm embarrassed for even putting a review for them. It was late and being an active weekend due to ufc and boxing, paying $300 for a room that we really weren't going to be in seemed silly but we definitely paid for it in other ways. Sleeping for 30-45 min at a time because we were too scared to turn off the lights and all the noise. Relaxed was not even an option.
