I used to work at Ann and Simmons taco bell. I'm going to be blunt. They treat there staff to the absolute worst you can treat them. They rush you to make the food, if you didn't get surveys they would punish you. If you got a bad survey, they would have you in the front all day doing nothing because that's the type of management that puta Rocio runs. Do me a favor, go down to the Craig location. Much better service, better food in general, FYI: THIS STORE US FILTHY. the amount of times i would clean the dishes and the sink would be backed up or full of shit and my head service champion would just say to leave it because we were so rushed. Not to mention all the managers there would rather you get the food out fast and speedy rather than give good customer service. which is truly sad. Ann and simmons put me on the DNR list because i quit due to the fact they treated me so poorly. So now i can't even work at the craig location because these fags decided to put me on the do not re-hire list cus they're a bunch of pussies with there panties in a twist. go check your attitude rocio. there's a reason you keep losing service champions and keep needing to hire more people so quickly lol. sad...GO TO CRAIG!!!

Manager is friendly and apologized for the 16 minute wait for my order. With the abundance of customers in the drive-thru and on-line orders flooding in, the kitchen staff were busy. They did well and I had time to wait so personally it wasn't a huge deal for me.
