Honestly can say, they NEVER disappoint. I have two vehicles and in the last year I’ve had service done as simple as an oil change up to tires and radiator system/water pump for a/c problems handled PROPERLY on my Hyundai. Wasn’t cheap but I didn’t have to take my car back either. I WILL continue to rock with Ted Wiens. Thanks Scott for your professionalism?always.

Why do businesses rip working class people off. My car was over heating. So I took my car to this location. For a overheating problem. They charged me $1300.00 a week later it started overheating again. So congratulations you got me for $1300.00 Now I have to find another mechanic who can fix my car. But how am I supposed to do that? I DON'T HAVE A CAR AFTER $1300.00 !!!!!!!!! So again Congratulations you royalty screwed me. I will be posting my experience with this company on ever review site and contacting the BBB. This is ridiculous and I'm sure some action news would be interested in a company who charges you large amounts of money. Then some how every one's car is back a week later.

Hello Ms. Jennifer Weins,To say we are disappointed with the service we received is an understatement. This repair shop has received service from our family for over 10 years and 7 cars. WMy husband drove my sons car in with a check engine light and when pushing on the gas, the engine not wanting to move very much. I called to check on the vehicle and was told I would get a call back from Scott (our long time representative). 4 hrs go by and no call back. My husband called and was met with attitude and that it was busy. The diagnostic said a part needed repaired. We were called and told they replaced the part but the check engine light is still on and you they were unable to repair it because they don’t have the correct “tool”…the tool is only used by Chrysler. We picked up the car and paid the balance (&100. For warrant deductible and over $86.00 for God only knows what). I asked for the receipt and was told by Chris that the piece of paper he gave me was the receipt. Well it wasn’t and had to go back and Scott said Chris didn’t close it out before he printed the receipt and gave us a new printed copy showing what we paid. My husband got in the car and noticed the miles were the same and was never test drive for the new part. In fact the car ran worse then we dropped it off and there was oil now leaking. We had the car towed to our local Chapman dealership. Their diagnosis was the actuator came apart in the engine and sent metal through the engine and there are no special “tools”. We are now in the process of getting a new engine (warranty is covering at this point of 10k). I big person on letting dealerships repair and do annual maintenance on cars, but my husband trashy liked Ted Weins and always referred people to this location. Never again! We are hurt and feel this establishment took us for a ride. Shame on you Scott, Chris and your mechanics for replacing parts that didn’t need replacing causing us to come out of pocket to pay the warranty deductible twice ( at your location and now dealership) as well as extra costs. I have plenty of documentation if you would like to see it. I wish your business well!Have a great day!Regina Mullins

Needed a tire mounted on the car and the spare tire put back in the trunk. Even though the shop was extremely busy, they got on it in less than 10 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. They won a new customer with me!!!

I've been bringing my 2007 Dodge Ram to the Craig Rd location for a little over 2 years now. Basically out of convenience because I work a block away. It started in 2021 when I needed a smog test and my check engine light was on. I remember my truck being there a couple of days and some $1500 later, my truck passed smog. Less than a week later check engine light back on. Move forward to July of 2022, same scenario, needed a smog cert and check engine light was on. Now it cost $1700, passed smog and check engine light came on within a week plus I was leaking fuel . Took it back in. Needed a fuel pump. Dumb luck, right. I had also had new rotars and brakes done in May of 2022 so I'm up to over $5000 to Ted Weins in a little over a year. Brought back for this years smog check and the clipped me for another $2700 including a gas cap that they charged me $78 for. Really? Plus they blew my tire out and said it was on me to get it fixed and they wrote a comprehensive list of other things they recommended including new rotars when they told me I still had wear left on my front pads and was told I had a some time before I needed pads. I was not happy to say the least and voiced my displeasure but later apologized in fear of them screwing me any further. I get the feeling they purposely raked me over the coals in hopes that I never come back. To top it all off, they had my truck 7 days on this recent visit and my check engine light is on again. Needless to say, I will never go back and my next action is to file a complaint with the BBB and the Nevada Attorney Generals office. I highly recommend that you DON'T take your vehicle to the Craig Rd location.

George and crew where spot on, quick and observant that the tires on my RV was 7 yrs old. Asked if we anticipated any future travel? If so we may want to consider replacing the tires!! Kudos, I would have never thought of changing them.

While towing a trailer thru the area on July 20th, 2023, had a problem develop that was causing a vibration in what I thought was the truck. It was later in the day and they were busy, but they found the time to put my truck on a lift and check for problems.Problem turned out to be a bad trailer tire. They were able to instal the spare on the trailer and we were on our way.Manager and service writer were both helpful and understanding. Technicians got the job done.Thanks for the great service!

Having been a long time customer of Ted Weins, I will not be returning to them for future vehicle repairs. I am so disappointed in the service on my last visit that I cant get myself to go back. I paid for repairs and my vehicle was worse when I picked it up than it was when I left it. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership and now I am hoping that the warranty company will authorize the work that the dealership has to do. Even the person at the dealership asked if I was given my money back, sadly, the answer is no. I'm done.
