I moved into this apartment community about a month ago. I’m extremely happy here. My apartment is spacious and modern with tons of natural light. The residents are friendly and courteous and the office staff helpful and friendly. It’s a convenient location with shopping, restaurants and many parks within a 5 minute drive.

Came in last week to get some information on a 2 bedroom apt. Spoke with Aleah, she was super friendly and very helpful. They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee at Presidio. Still actively looking for a place on this side of town close to work. So far this has been my number 1 choice :)

Pool is rarely open— hot tub is never hot, if you do decide to go to the pool there is security guards that will racially profile you, last time i went to the pool there was about 10 people swimming but the security guard chose to only asked to check me and my boyfriend’s pool pass and no one else’s, management picks and chooses when to close the gym (there’s a sign on the door that says mon-fri 8-9am but they choose random days to ACTUALLY close at that time), they will close the gym for an hour so someone can come in and sweep and mop for 15 mins, nothing is even fully cleaned or sanitized, cars get broken into REGULARLY, also rent can be raised randomly at any time- only lived here for 3 months in a 1 bedroom and my rent has already gone from 1350 to 1450, also don’t even bother trying to call the office- they will never answer!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! you could find MUCH better for how much you would pay here

Awesome experience leasing very helpful staff especially Aleah. Sat down and made sure I got the best apartment for my needs and also had free EV charging which is a perk.

For people searching of a place to stay please stay away from here. The front office is a complete mess and you are just thrown around when you have an issue “see all other reviews with same issues.” When we initially moved in we were promised and quoted a price by Melissa and come the first month’s payment it was completely off “by several hundred dollars” . When asked where the discrepancy was all we were told was “oh well it was an estimate” and no upper management ever reached out to us.
Maintenance is good, any ticket we’ve submitted there has always been a quick response. Unfortunately the front office just makes this place un-bearable. I cannot wait until my contract finishes to leave.
Just find somewhere else.

Super easy to talk to, always kept me updated, and handled everything like a pro. Felt like she actually cared and wasn’t just going through the motions. Really appreciate all the help, couldn’t have done it without her and everyone over there

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE… Management is very rude and they lie just to get u to sign the lease.Our car got stolen first week we moved in, carpet was infested with bugs and management basically said it was on us to call pest control and we had been in the apartment for a week… just find a better community. I don’t usually complain about anything but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.UPDATE.Before writing this review I talking to Heather, the apartment manager and no help… She wouldn’t even take my calls. I went ahead and called corporate and a person from corporate said she would “TRY” to help us with some of the issues we encountered with this community but we didn’t hear anything back. I called today and seems that after corporate saw my honest review there’s nothing they can do. Apartments are pretty and pool is clean but honestly is not worth it… just find a better community.

I'm sharing this review to express my gratitude for Jefferson and the exceptional assistance he provided me. I resided in this apartment from February 2020 until 2022. I'm currently in the process of renting a house and scheduled to move by the end of this month. However, I encountered a setback when my landlord informed me that she couldn't approve my move due to a lack of rental verification. She mentioned attempting to contact the property management several times without success.I made multiple calls over the past couple of weeks and left voicemails, but received no response. With the deadline for my move approaching, I grew increasingly frustrated. Finally, out of frustration, I called again and spoke with Jefferson. Despite my initial agitation, he remained calm and patient as I vented my frustration. He apologized for the oversight, explaining that the office had been very busy lately, and assured me that it would be addressed promptly.Before ending the call, Jefferson politely asked if I could visit the office so he could verify me in person. He understood my frustration and prioritized resolving the issue to put my mind at ease. Later that day, I met Jefferson at the office. He explained the situation, and I appreciated his transparency. He ensured that I didn't leave until my landlord received the necessary verification.Once my landlord received the documentation, my anxiety melted away, and I felt a sense of peace. Feeling guilty for my earlier outburst, I wanted to make amends by writing this review. Jefferson's professionalism and respectfulness throughout the process were commendable. I apologize for my earlier frustration and appreciate Jefferson's unwavering dedication to providing excellent service.Individuals like Jefferson, who are willing to listen and assist even in challenging situations, are invaluable assets to any establishment. I'm grateful for his professionalism and commitment to resolving my concerns. Apartments need more people like him who prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

I have lived here for about 2 years now and can say that Presidio is a pretty good place to live. The complex is kept pretty clean, and maintenence is always on top of things. Rent is pretty affordable, and the complex is close to a decent amount of stores, gyms, parks, etc. My only issues with the complex is the constant smell of weed and some of the middle school-aged kids running around yelling racial slurs every now and then but I have kind of gotten used to it at this point.
