I have spent a ton of money in this store and then was just told they will not return a little thermostat that was brand new I bought for a old lady trying to help out before I figured out she actually needed a new air conditioner all together.save you're self the time and the hassle unless you want to spend about two hours looking for a employee to point you in the right direction .I don't know about the rest of you but my times worth money I left the thermostat on the counter they can have it and never will they get dollar one from me again .Their store is always a pain in the butt and always has been it's just gotten worse no one in their knows anything about anything maybe three people in the whole store know their stuff and good luck finding them .I

Well going early to this store is not good. When most contractors are in this store the have no checkout clerks only self service. On top of this most are card only. Good luck if you need help in an isle because there is no one. The isles are a mess with missing items. Now I have been to other Home Depot like up on Centennial and totally different, clean and organized! Bosses need to check on this place and get on it. Many of the workers are helpful while others will just shine you on when you ask for help, not my area! If you don't have enough qualified employees then just close because now this place is not okay.

I'm giving 5 stars because of one person, Ursula, the customer service queen! She listened and did her job very well. I had been to the CS desk the night before and the woman behind the counter didn't even look at me when she talked to me! Ursula let me know what she was doing and what we could expect. In my opinion, she's the 5-star employee

I went three times to get a paint match three times it was wrong supervisor said oh just bring the first one in and I'll tell them the credit that paint so I came back a couple hours later remind you of 3 gallons did not match I was stuck with three freaking Gallons well then the stupid manager Chuck said no we don't take it back I spent $30,000 last year at the Home Depot and told me they can't take that back after the guy told me he was going to take it back I did the supervisor I give this a zero rating

Didn't know the 3 stooges were alive at this store. Between 3 employees, none of them could figure out how to spend my store credit. I was shuffled from one to another with nothing but excuses. Never have this happen at Lowe's.

Ordered an item on their web page for same day pickup. Selected this store because according to the web site, they had it in stock. When I almost arrived, they texted me and said they canceled the order because their shitty system is not up to date on stock status. They did not offer a free upgrade to another product of the same type. I asked how I should proceed now. They answered I need to check a store online, then call that store and verify stock status, then place the order online. I did that. Now waiting at another Home Depot for the status to change to "ready to pick up". Have waited 30 minutes already. And I have a pro account. These people really like to f*ck up the lives for their customers.

Wow! We've been coming here for thirty years and we've never seen a more disorganized & dysfunctional store. Couldn't shop for flooring, inventory all ov we the place and when we did find a skew, flooring people to busy with inventory mess to assist (We would have to wait until after he moved two more boxes), and person at counter was eager to point out all the reasons that we couldn't get or find the flooring- here, on line or at any store. Off to Lowes we go!

For starters I just want to say that the entire frontline of this store is amazing. They're genuinely nice. The main reason for the 1 star is Chuck, the assistant manager along with their procedure on how they order and receive their custom windows and window sliding doors. They are NOT capable of handling custom window/patio door orders. Go to an actual window/door manufacturer. Original order processed on 1/31/2022. Expectation was set to be delivered a month from the order date. That's fine. Not in a rush. I call in after a month of not hearing from the to see what's going on with my order. The manufacture hadn't even started my order. That's also fine. Its not Home Depot's fault. A month later, it was made just hadn't been delivered. Cool. That's also fine. I was calling in for all the updates as they don't have a system in place to keep their customers informed. That's also fine. I don't mind calling them to Ask for my product. May 4th my glass patio door finally arrived. I found this out by calling on may 5th to find out what was happening. Initially, they had claimed it was delivered but they couldn't find it. Ok cool. So two days later they find it. I let the lady know that I was going to call my contractor to schedule the install so they can deliver the product since I paid for delivery. Sunday I get a call. On a Sunday. Lady calls to practically demand me to have my order scheduled. I let her know same thing I told the previous rep. Waiting on my contractor. Later that Sunday I get blasted with messages that it's being delivered Monday. I wasn't gonna be home. I call in their customer service and they had me put a date down. Friday the 13th lol silly of me to pick that date but contractor was coming Saturday. So I put down my $100 deposit for my contractor. 24 hour cancellation policy. Had him scheduled for Saturday @9AM. I clear all my Friday schedule which consisted of work, picking my daughter up at 3 and going to see our new born nephew. 3:30 rolls along. I call in. A really rude lady kept cutting me off as i was explaining the order as I had noticed a 2,100.00 pending charge that I supposedly owed them and she claimed I had to pay it for the delivery to go down. Total invoice was 2,001 and some change as pictured in the attachment. She then finally looked at the notes and said that the door was never picked up to be delivered since it "came in damaged". Ok so now I'm really upset. 4 months waiting for a custom door that was supposed to take 1 month. The door had been in there for 9 days already. Chuck the manager calls me and what a joke he is. Didn't take any ownership. Didn't show any empathy. So I cancelled my order. 9 days it was there and the day of delivery after I call at 3:30 they tell me that the door was received with damage on it WOW. Unbelievable. To top it off Chuck made me go in to get my refund. Store policy. I get it. So I go in to try to understand as to why it was there for 9 days and they barely notify me the day of delivery at 3:30 PM that it's damaged. Chuck just walks away from me. In front of his whole staff. Unbelievable. Childish. I'm very upset. Never coming back here. If they would've communicated with me and let me know at least prior to me arranging a schedule that the door was messed up I'm sure I would've been d*** enough to continue to wait. These people aren't capable of processing custom window/sliding doors nor are they capable of helping people out. A total embarrassment to the industry and an even bigger shame to the wonderful staff that he made process this refund and everyone in there that is nice.

I wish there was a zero star rating for home depots customer service. They are by far the most incompetent and unethical company I have dealt with in my 20 plus years of home maintenance and repair. Ordered a shower kit that showed up months late and damaged. I had to call for a refund and to get a new one reordered. When the new one showed up it was also damaged. Even worse experience with ordering a tool box for my truck. First one shipped 45 days late and then got lost. I had to call and ask for a refund and reorder. Yesterday the reorder tool box was supposed to be delivered and showed tracking that it was in my town. By the end of the day no tool box and tracking info showed it was damaged and being returned to sender. Again, no call or contact from home depot and when I contacted them to see if I could get the damaged box if it wasn't to bad they would not even contact UPS that had the tool box down the street from my house to let me check it out. The tool box has now gone up over 600 dollars (don't ask me how this is occurred, it makes no sense to have a price increase like this over 5 months) and home depot stated that if I wanted to re reorder (3rd time) it would be another 45 days before maybe it shipped.

Too many people standing around not helping in my opinion there are a few people that are great and I appreciate it but they really need to check on their employees. Selection not very good either don't know who to blame for that

The staff reminded me of refugees, however besides worried about ignorant folks may possibly take advantage of this store, it's very tidy.

I really enjoy shopping in this store. There is always an employee around ready and willing to help you. They are always friendly, professional and helpful in this store. I look forward to shopping in this store due to the exemplary staff. I now prefer this store to Lowes. The only thing I don't like about Home Depot is that I always spend too much money :)

Is really hard to get help and when you ask for help they never show up. I was standing in front of 3 employees and I said hi I was completely ignored. I really hate coming to this location.
