Zero stars. I've had an account with US bank 20 years and my dad over 30 years. Today this branch had him purchase a cashiers check in order to deposit it into my account because they said it was over the limit. Meanwhile he's deposited the same about before with no issues. I'm disappointed that they don't answer their phone, ever. Been calling for an hour now. Even called the 1-800 number and they tried calling and no answer. I've been contemplating closing my account but I think now I will. Super disappointed. I'd like a reimbursement for the cashiers check.

On June 1st, 2023 around 10 am I went to wire some money. The process only took about 10 minuets and I had no issues. While I waited those 10 minuets I seen how friendly and helpful the bankers were to each customer. A female customer who looked like she was having a bad day and appeared to be waiting on money to be deposited to her account was treated so nicely by a male and female banker. They explained to her that the money wasn't there and they understood any frustration she may have had. In the meantime , They offered her water and a lollipop while she waited. I don't know what that female customer's situation was but I do know that she was in need of money and also it was extremely hot outside. Seeing the bankers offer her water, be sympathetic to her situation and also telling her to wait inside the bank due to the heat was awesome. Good job to this bank for having outstanding customer service. Every single person on that shift was helping each other and friendly to the three customers I seen come in!

I had very bad experience don't go to this branch, customer services is the worst!!!!do not go to this bank, today I had an altercation with a teller from there her name is ANITA, a horrible attitude that I felt I had gone to the welfare department to ask for something as a gift.. located at 2200 E LAKE MEAD BLVD NORTH LAS VEGAS NV 89030. I was there to make an electronic transfer, I understand that they have to ask questions but what I do not accept is with the attitude that was taking it, she has no experience in dealing with clients, she has a rude, despotic way of saying things. I have my businesses too and at no time do we treat clients like this... There was another teller next to her, her name is Claudia, the complete opposite of this PERSON!

I should've read the reviews before making an appointment. This branch, by far, is the worst U.S. Bank. On Tuesday, July 13, 2021, I stopped by to cash a check and ask if they accepted walk-ins to open a new account. The teller said no, I needed to go online to make an appointment, and it was two weeks out. When I got home, I made the appointment believing it would be in two weeks, but to my surprise, the next available time was Wednesday, July 14, 2021; I made it for 2:15 pm. The next day I arrived 15minutes early for the appointment. When I arrived, it was a bit busy, so I sat down and waited to be greeted. I waited till 2:27 pm. At this point, I asked the only teller available to see if I would be seen or even greeted. He apologized and went to see what was going on. He never came back to inform me of my status for the appointment. He went to the back of the room with two other employees. They converse for about 15 minutes; then, when he was on his way to his desk, I stopped him, and I asked him what was going on; the teller apologizes again and says that he would check on the status. At this point, I was already Annoyed and told him to forget it and that I will be taking my business to a different bank. In the email I got confirming my appointment, it says upon arrival to call to be greeted by a teller that will be helping you with your transaction; however, when I called, they never answered my calls. I also noticed that if they did not know the number calling, they wouldn't answer it. I saw a teller ignoring my calls seven total. I called Customer Service and told them what happen. They were apologetic and told me they would investigate; they never took my number down or name, so I don't know what happened. If I were able to give them zero stars, In my opinion, this branch shouldn't even be open, Or maybe they should Retrain the teller at this location

Drive thru is extremely slow every time I come to pay my mortgage! It's just annoying waiting 40+ minutes for a simple transaction. I even had to shut off my car at the window because they took so long.

Horrible branch. Waited 30 minutes to make a deposit at the drive through. The banker was also very rude. This is the reason why US bank will never be my primary bank.

Came to the bank to open a second checking account and to get copy's of my statements. Got sat down with Stephanie Dunn who was very very rude off the bat. Lacking customer service skills she spoke to me as if I was ignorant, unaware that I already had checking accounts. I decided to leave that alone and just get the copies of my statement. "You know you can get them off the internet, right?" Stephanie Dunn said annoyingly as if she didn't want to do her job. (Uh no obviously not otherwise I wouldn't ask for them.) she said she would have to charge me $6 dollars to print them. Again she said it with a condescending tone implying I couldn't afford it. By this point I had enough and said yes I CAN pay $6 for it. While she was pulling up my account she asked me "are you a dreamer?" I stared at her blank in her face for 10 seconds and asked "what's a dreamer." She answered "DACCA". Wow I can't believe it, with NO context or relation to the conversation SHE IMPLIED I WAS AN IMMIGRANT. Granted I'm not but I felt so embarrassed, ashamed, and judged. After she realized her mistake her attitude completely changed because she knew I could definitely do some damage to her reputation at work. I'm so upset with her racist mindset. This is no way to treat customers.
