09/18/24 update: I'm glad they finally responded and offered a partial refund, but it's clear that their staff needs better training so customers aren't misled about what services are included.

Love ultra clean cos they have several locations around Clark County. Pretty much always have clean towels and working vacuums. 29.99$ reasonable price for monthly subsciption

I purchased a single car wash around a year ago, as I don't live anywhere near that location but was near there for an appointment and needed to kill time. I never enrolled in a monthly membership but upon reviewing my bank statement recently, I just saw that this business has been charging me every month for a membership I *never* would have signed up for. I called their number but that wasn't helpful. May have to go back to their business and speak to someone in person, but based on reviews, that doesn't seem like it's going to work very well either.

WARNING BE CAREFUL THIS PLACE TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THEY DONT MATTER !!!This place has horrible customer service, my truck was damaged by their car wash, and they treated me very unfairly. While driving through their wash, my vehicle was stuck and I was hit by the vehicle behind me. after coming out of the car wash, they tried to accuse me of stepping on my break and causing the car wash to malfunction. Upon reviewing the video, it was very clear that I never stepped on my break. The people in the car behind me that hit my truck agreed that it was the car was his fault. After admitting that it was the car wash that malfunctioned. They asked us to fill out a report, which I did ( and still have a copy of )I took a picture of the damage done to my truck. Both me and the people that hit my truck were told that we would get a call within two weeks regarding the matter, they also gave me a card with the phone number on it, and said if I didn’t hear anything I could call them. I never heard a word from them when I tried calling the number on the card the number was out of service. I had to leave town for business for about a month and a half, when I came back, I went in to ask why no one contacted me, again I was told to wait for a couple days and I would get a call, I asked for a phone number so I can reach out because the number they gave me was wrong. They said they were not allowed to give out that information, and again no one ever called. I had to go back in person, this time the manager on duty called a person on his phone stating that it was upper management. When the lady on the other line answered the phone, she told me that it was decided upon their video that the damage was pre-existing. I told her that it was not pre-existing and she said well we could go back-and-forth all day but all you could do is have your insurance call and request a copy of the video, they treated me like I didn’t know what my vehicle look like before I went into their car wash. This is not the way you treat people if you caused damage, you should be responsible for the damage you caused …it’s plain and simple!! They took no accountability for their responsibilities and treated me like I didn’t matter. Don’t recommend this car wash at all.. just want you to be careful if you take your car there and it’s damaged,they will absolutely not help you. They will give you the runaround and not take no accountability for for damage caused by them. BE CAREFUL!!

Canceled my membership bc every time I come something is broken! Tired of paying $26 a month to get the same car wash I can get a gas station! No I don’t want to continuously go through your cash wash 3 times in a row to compensate for one wash! Fix your equipment! This location and the MLK location has poorly managed equipment!

Provides the service requested. It's cheaper than most, and it shows in the final product. The quality of the wash for the price is to be expected. For budgeting and time saving, it's worth its value. The attendant up front helps a lot. You do come off the rail more often than other washes. I don't think I'l choose to return here unless I'm in the area in dire need of a wash. The priciest option is eh.

The place is good, but on both mine and my wife's trucks, the front grill and bumper and rear tailgate and rear hatch and bumper don't get cleaned. About 2 feet wide area. Also, drying on the driver side looks like it's not as strong as the passengers side.

When the wash is busy at times the conveyor belt I've noticed is sped up to push the car's through faster.
