If I could give zero stars, I would. This UPS Store charges for everything, and I mean everything. Need to tape up a box? That’ll be $2 for a single strip of tape. The prices here are already sky-high, but charging for every little thing, down to the smallest piece of tape, is absurd. If they could charge you to breathe in the store, I’m convinced they would.

I went in today to return two Amazon packages. The gentleman working was professional, courteous and efficient. After leaving I had an issue directly with Amazon. I called the store and the gentleman who helped me in store helped me again, with my Amazon debacle. This UPS location always has helpful people helping people.

I like this store because the people are nice and caring, but my last encounter with an employee may cause me to stop going to this location. I was doing Amazon returns, one was simple while the other needed more explanation. I am still confused with what happened, I wanted the employee (Kala) to process my returns separately, but she was being very impatient and told me I was being rude when I asked her to hold on. She was getting upset, so I asked if someone else can assist me and I went to the other employee that was there. The whole time while I was explaining my return with the other employee, Kala was in the background talking and grumbling. The other employee was very patient and helpful. If I ever return to that location, I will just avoid Kala. Worst experience ever!!!!

I went in this afternoon to mail two packages and the gentleman who was working was just the best. Very polite, friendly, helpful. Other customers came in and he was by himself but he was able to help everyone and give everyone the same attention and level of service. I'll definitely come back for future services.

I have been using businesses for shipping packages for over 30 years and I can state emphatically in the 2 years I have been going to this UPS location, I have received the best service of any of the places I have been. They are respectful, courteous, and timely!

I would not recommend this place. They charge a storage fee if your package is there past four days. It’s ridiculous. You pay for the box and access to have a place for your mail to go and then have to pay extra to have your package there. Poor business practices.

Fast service every time. Price is a little high compared to other mailing options. But better customer service and shipping quality.
