Anthony at the UPS Losee Store was extremely helpful in helping me get a package I sent in error. He called customer service at the same time he was waiting on customers. He is terrific.

The young man at store #5932 was Amazing!! I went this morning (October 1,2023) when the store first opened. There were 3 other customers in front of me. Mr. Elrick was friendly and greeted everyone who came in with a smile and good morning. He helped everyone in a timely manner and made sure everything was correct. He Blessed my day. Thank you ?

?Disrespectful Behavior from a Young Lady that works the counter. I went in to return 2 large items and 1 medium sized item, I contract for Amazon so I had a vest on and was with my daughter who had her vest on, she started to instruct me & my daughter where we needed to put our returns as if we work for UPS, I explained we are there for personal business these were my own returns, I again expressed that we are contractors for Amazon to hopefully get her to understand we are not there for service we will not put any packages behind her counter that indeed is her job not ours, she then replies with “ Ma’am I don’t need to know your business” then cuts me off when I was talking as to dismiss me and leans in to hand my receipt as if I am being told to leave. I told her I have NEVER dealt with anyone being rude at this location and that I would file a complaint. I called the store shortly after to ask a Young Man when will the owner be in, he was covering for her and kept saying he doesn’t know when I can reach him, what he does not know is I have met the owner on another occasion. This was PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & the upset I felt forced me to file an online complaint, the sad part is my daughter said she had a similar experience when she had a return.

Okay I am not one to complain at all.... but holy cow whatever girl was working at 4:30 on August 10th is very hostile. She was yelling at customers on the phone and making a big deal of grabbing an envelope for us. Again I'm very chill and didn't mention it.... but yikes

I've had 2 separate packages within the last 3 months that have been lost that never made it past this stores initial scan. Mistakes happen, but this makes me not want to use this location anymore. I send maybe 100 packages a month between different locations and USPS. I've had zero issues with other locations and USPS. This is the only location that have had packages lost.

I've been coming here for over 13 years! The employees go WAAAY beyond excellence! And so do the Managers. I am always greeted, as soon as I come inside the store. The employees are always smiling and very helpful. You can bring your Ups, and United States Postal stuff also. I just love the fact that I don't have to go to to Post Office!! I just saw they are going to have short Sunday hours soon.Great Job

This is the worst UPS in town. They wanted to charge me for taping a return receipt onto my package and then they wanted to charge me for taping it shut. I've never had this problem with any other UPS. I guess that's why they probably need of training at the store. I don't know who's running the store but they need new management obviously if your running a UPS Store you can afford to tape a print label to the Box and not charge people for it. You're horrible. You should be out of business. I don't know why anybody would ever go back after a stunt like this,then the little girl there smiling and laughing thinking it was funny. Because you wanted to try to charge me three dollars for a box when I already had one.Ridiculous. Your either the biggest cheapskate in town or you need new employees.

$2 for tape? That seems ridiculous. But OK. I asked her to print out the label then so I didn't have to wait in the long line again. She wouldn't do it. Why not? UPS makes the same $$ wherever I ship it from. This store seems like a scam honestly.

I can't for the life of me understand why this location has low reviews because the staff is amazing!!! I come to this location a few times a month and Cash and Elrick are always terrific. No matter the amount of people in the store Cash enthusiastically greats EVERYONE....EVERY SINGLE TIME. I've yet to have a visit where her energy wasn't 100% consistent. Elrick is always so sweet and attentive and always offers assistance when I'm struggling with numerous packages.Suzanne is a great addition to this location! Yesterday, they had an abhorrent customer that was hell bent on being rude to the staff. Although her (customer) tone was disrespectfulSuzanne kept reassuring her the request was handled and offered to show her where she could find the information. Thank you Kash,Suzanne and Elrick for choosing to give exceptional customer service!!
