  An absolute blessing to my family. Not only was the service fast and efficient but the store manager (Selena... I believe) was so caring and compassionate about the needs of my wife's package. She went out her way to ensure our baby gets her backpack and school supplies as fast as possible and as cheap as possible which nowadays is unheard of!!! Thank you Ann and Decatur UPS and may God bless your business and your lives !!!!🙌🙏💯

  On 8/5/25 at the store #5659 I was attended by an EXTRAORDINARY person, her name is Tianna, she is an excellent employee, vey helpful, and courteous and nice, she treats her customers like family, she is very efficient, and know how to do her job the best way she can, she is ABOVE, and BEYOND, friendly, she definitely deserves a raise, so that’s why I giving this review, she is an Amazing person and every customer that walked in that day, I bet they were very satisfied with her level of performance, Well done TIANNA, you have my gratitude.   Best UPS store to go to. I have been going to this one for 4 years now. I have had no issues with the service at all. No damaged packages or anything else.
  
  Gisselle and Tianna are the best people to deal with at the store. I have had nothing but good things to say about those two.

  Breuana was fantastic! She greeted me warmly right when I walked in, and her positive energy and genuine smile instantly brightened my day. She was super efficient, helpful, and made the entire process quick and easy. Honestly, Breuana is the kind of person who sets the bar for outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this UPS Store, especially if you're lucky enough to get helped by Breuana!

  I had a wonderful experience at this UPS store because of many reasons such as the store being clean, the place smelling good, the customer service was fantastic, and how fast they do their work. The worker that was able to make this experience possible was Gisselle Salazar she did an amazing job and I had a wonderful experience here at this UPS store and I will for sure be coming here from now on!

  I recently moved from Ca. To Nv. As I’ve been getting settled in to a whole new environment, I’ve had many reasons to visit the local UPS store. From making copies to scans to Amazon returns etc.
  I’m blown away by the amazing customer service at this store. And it’s consistent, throughout the staff. I am always greeted with a warm smile and an immediate eagerness to help. The staff are so efficient and professional that I just love dealing with all of them. I feel that excellent service is hard to come by these days. And I truly and sincerely appreciate all of you! Thank you !! A special shout out to Jeff, Samantha, Tianna and Brianna. All of these people “make a difference” every day! Each one excels and takes pride in their work! Kudos to all of you ..   Shout out to this franchise owner. I was so hesitant to take this big heavy box with a broken item in it thinking UPS Store is going to give me a hard time with this big box that for the life of me I couldn’t close. received 5 star service from Jeff at this store. He made me feel so important and assured me that he would handle repackaging my items. I’m not sure if I was even there 3min. Values customers , Ethical, Professional, Caring is my experience and I was simply dropping off a big box. Kudos!
